The condition of the facility could have been better kept, but the customer service is fair. I love the fact they ask for ID if you purchase with a card. The first time I went there, for some reasons I had to wait almost 1h to get my wings, but just when I was about to really get upset the cashier apologized and told me they had an issue in the kitchen. I went back to sit down and a couple of minutes later, the wings were ready and the person in the kitchen came up to the front to apologize as well for the long waiting time. I really appreciated that they were being nice and actually cared about their customers. However at midnight on a Sunday; service was quick, wings were cooked well, potato wedges were fluffy in the middle. All in all it wasn't as bad as I was expecting from the look of the place, it was quite good. As soon as I arrived the lady at the counter told a lady entering that she needed to put a shirt on (she was wearing a sports bra and looked very casual), causing a huge fight for about 15 minutes of straight cussing. Now let me say that I pride myself on being a self-proclaimed wing aficionado. I've been here a few times and each time, I have the same issue. Great Lemon Pepper seasoning but microscopic wings. The wings are often reminiscent of quail instead of chicken. These guys cook consistently delicious and FRESH wings. Hooters are frozen. There is no comparison between fresh and frozen. The Fries are also delicious and fresh. The dipping sauce and dressings are premium. I cannot say enough about my many orders from these folks. Great wings, roller coaster customer service. People there can be really cool and kind, but other times they act as if they could care less about your business. Telephone holds are frequent and long, I reiterate, telephone holds are FREQUENT, and LONG! On top of that, the phone line either always gets disconnected or they hang up. The woman who took our order was rude, had a nasty attitude and was clearly annoyed we were there so early, even though it was the time posted for opening. Bad customer service. Rude staff. If you order take out, be ready to double check that all of your wings and items are provided. They will undercut you on wing count. They also left out our ranch on a recent order, and refused to refund because we could not provide proof that the ranch was missing.
