The wings didn't have sauce on them. The fries were not in the order. The bag was left outside on the ground and the dasher reported giving me the delivery directly. We are nurses in a small hospital at a well known intersection. It dark and cats and kayotes look for food in our lot. All the dasher had to do was ring the bell or call the number on the order. We tipped him well before even getting the food. So aggravating! And we tried calling him back on the number listed in the text that was sent to us, but he hung up on us twice! read more

Wouldn't come here again. Do not order from here if you've attended the Bulls game and receive the free boneless wings when Benny the Bull makes the half court shot. They will not honor it even though they're listed as a participating restaurant. The code is good for one day after the game. So we ordered the next day. It was accepted when I put it in during the ordering process. However, when I checked out, it didn't apply. The person I was ordering with had a separate order using the same code. They had no issues and the code worked. I've used the code once before. Two weeks ago and it was my first time going to Wingstop. It was a good experience. Even left them a great review. When I reached out to customer service about the wings the store manager initially told me that my order wasn't in the system. It was. I was looking at my receipt and confirmation of order. When she called again later, she told me that the district store manager said that coupon code (that I received Monday at the game along with thousands of other attendees) expired a month ago and was no longer valid. She went on to say that the signs in store were taken down last month. Clearly, we're not talking about the same promo... The one I am referring to is not an in-store promo. Not even an apology or a credit. I wasn't even allowed to speak to the district manager after asking. As someone who has been in this industry for years, this was a disappointing experience. Worst customer service ever. Went there tonight to pick up our order and when I get there the worker tells me they are not taking credit cards in the store tonight, their machine is down. Asked if someone had called me to let me know. I think my reaction clued him in that no one had. How can anyone be in business and not have a credit card machine that works. They offered no apology for the inconvenience. No coupon for anything off future orders. Just a complete unprofessional way of handling this situation. I stopped by here and was skeptical about ordering because of the reviews. I'm glad I decided to take a chance. It did not disappoint. I ordered all boneless wings. My order consisted of Parmesan, garlic, Korean bbq and Lemon pepper. I also ordered the cheese fries, seasoned corn and the brownie. The brownie was so good and moist. The corn was good too but the portion is very small for the price. I will be ordering again. read more

The young man who assisted me was friendly and smiled while taking my order. The drink/condiment area didn't look like anyone had attended to it in a while. The staff seemed to be having fun while they worked which is always nice. The lady who called me up when my order was ready was upbeat and energetic. The fries however weren't very hot when I got home which is only about a five minute drive. The overall meal was not super amazing. I ordered fries and the eight piece boneless wings. This was the first time trying Wing Stop. I was advised that it beats any other wing restaurant and how their fries are amazing. So, I was pretty excited when I saw they were opening one near me. Went ordered a combo of 6 wings, Cajun fries, and a drink. Once I got the food, I couldn't help but try a fry since people hyped them up so much. They were the most soggiest fries ever not to mention they barely had seasoning on them. I returned to get extra seasoning and they wanted to charge .95 cents for it. NINTY-FIVE CENTS for seasoning that should already have been on my fries. I would of rather had Wendy's soggy fries since they at least put salt on them. Then once I got to my wings they barely had any sauce and "rub seasoning" on them. I pretty much ended up having 6 ranch flavored wings with a hint of their special sauces. First off, the only good thing about this experience was that Casper was on tv while I waited 20 minutes for my order (after ordering it online a half an hour prior) on Halloween. When I walked in, I was told it would be about 10 more minutes. 3 different people came in after us and received their orders before us. 3 people also came in before us and had left without their food because it took too long. The service was horrible and the employees could not be less interested in what they were doing. Tried Wingstop twice - both locations. I was underwhelmed the first time as everything was cold when we got home and food was just OK. When the Merrillville location opened we thought everything should be hot since we are only 2 mins away. 2 orders were roughly $20. For that we got wings that looked like they were from a cornish hen and just OK fries....again. The wings were fried too hard and dry. To top it off we were both still hungry! The last time I went, I purchased the fries which in the past were good. They usually don't put enough seasoning though so I was prepared to ask for more. I did. I got in the car and started eating the fries, they were soggy and still not fully cooked on the inside but brown on the outside. I went back to complain. The GENERAL MANAGER was there and his response was that they had bad product. No apology, no remorse. I asked who to complain to he said I've was it. It didn't matter.
