There are a lot of things this Wingstop needs to improve. On May 30, 2025, I went there around 2:00 p.m. and placed an order under the name Stephen. I ordered 20 well-done wings, two honey mustard sauces, two ranches, and a large order of fries. As usual, they didn't give me the correct number of wings. I called to let them know, and I also mentioned that I didn't want the wings cooked hard this time. The fries I received were overcooked--dark and too hard to eat. I spoke with a woman who said she was the manager. While I was finishing the call, I could still hear her talking after she thought she had hung up, and what she said came across as rude and disrespectful. That experience was the last straw. Their customer service was terrible that day. Some staff members can be rude depending on who you speak to, and they often mess up orders. The store also needs to be cleaner and better lit. I won't be going back. From now on, I'll take my business to Cowboy Chicken or Wing Box. If you're looking for a good place for wings, I suggest you skip this location. read more

After waiting 23 mins for food that was supposed to be fresh and EXTRA crispy I received cold fries had to take them back and get new fries cooked. The wings wasn't crispy the flavor on the Louisiana rub was wetter than normal and tasted like baked chicken wings they were gummy on the inside with the flimsy skin. It took me forever to visit here but my son insisted..This was definitely not the Wingstop standard. The cashier however, was nice and friendly greeted us and took our order expeditiously. The store was full of customers and they were gathered in kitchen laughing and talking about something on their cell phones. One worker was constantly twisting his dreads in the kitchen. I really wanted to love Wing Stop but I just could not. First of all the pick up time should have the option of manually being updated. I'm sitting in my car waiting for my food to be picked up, but when I enter the store with five minutes remaining, my food is already sitting on the shelf. I wonder how long it had been there because the french fries were cold. Secondly please ensure the fries are cut completely. If not, this will result in undercooked fries. Lastly, a dry rub is just that DRY. If I ask for extra I should not receive a liquid marinade. In order for the community to support this establishment, we must ensure we receive accurate service, to include food at the right temperature. A few improvements can go a long way-- The wait seems to be the large # orders and low kitchen capacity. No one is dining in, you've got room to upgrade and expand without leasing more space. I stopped by WingStop here in McDonough, GA today to grab lunch. I hardly ever leave reviews, but the service today was extremely outstanding! Neatra(not sure if I spelled her name correctly) provided great service. I went outside to my car to wait on my food and Neatra was standing at my window with my order ready! Not to mention, because of the prior service I received I inquired about a position I saw online and the District Manager herself took the time to speak with me. I was told by the young man the food was not prepped by the day shift and they had no chicken or fries. There was a lot customers that did not receive they food. I was instructed by the young Jamari that since I made online I was unable to receive a refund. Jamari took a picture of my order and text it to his general manage. I was instructed to come tomorrow but I could not because I don't live in Georgia and was leaving town. Great wings and reasonably quick when it's not a weekend night. Nice to have a place open later. I've had two times now where I've called for my entire drive there (10-15 minutes) to try and ask for the fries toppings to be on the side and have yet to have someone answer the phone though they've been available when I arrive. That said, most places are understaffed and burned out, so that's definitively top of mind. read more

We sat and waited until receiving some interaction from 1 of the 5 employees at approximately 11:05pm notifying us that they were "out of fries" and that was the reason for our order's delay. I expressed how it had been closing on an hour's wait time for our order, and one of the male employees laughed in my face. This alone is intolerable. Moving on. I will take Covid into consideration. But when you do online order and after you get the notice on their app that food is complete go into restaurant and still wait and additional 20 minutes is crazy. So total time from confirmation of Order received was 50 minutes for 5 tenders and fries. I love my Wingstop but this is borderline crazy. They had enough team but they need to work on how the app estimates time and when it says complete. I keep trying to give this location chance after chance but after getting my order wrong again tonight, I'm not going back. I live 3 min away from this location but I'll drive to the one in Stockbridge from here on out! The food was TRASH again!
