All I can say is WOW!!!! Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had. I ordered 35 wings, 4 veggie sticks, fries, and 2 ranch dressings. So the order being that large it's too much to check at the counter so I trusted that it was correct... WRONG!!! After driving 15 minutes home I found out They forgot the ranch and The veggies. I was super bummed so I called... I wasn't expecting anything as I knew they would tell me to just come back but a 30 minute drive was not happening. So I had a manager get on the phone... he preceded to tell me that he put them in there himself, and I was wrong. ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!!! After hearing many people talk about this place my family and I decide to try out the place. As soon as we entered it was really really bright. Like hospital bright. The way they arranged the tables was so wrong in many ways. Didn't like the fact we had go up to order our food and when it was bought it was all so messy and the basket was about to break. I went in at dinner time and there was one person in front of me. I ordered 8 wings & fries and small corn. I was told that my order would be ready in about 15 minutes. About 15 minutes later door dash and online orders began to pick up. The person in front of me got his order about 20inutes after ordering. I received mine 50 minutes later and was missing items that i didnt notice until i got home. The restaurant processed all the online orders first. The State of Colorado, the Gov., and the Denver County all opened dining back up months ago. Yet, WS has been closed for dining, since April 2020. They stopped serving beer too (Even though, it's legal to sell it to-go). It's like WTF, because if you know, a to-go order from here. I placed an order on the iOS app as I have done many times before with this location. There has never been an issue. Tonight, my wife goes to pick up our order, and is told they never received the order. My phone shows confirmation of the order, time, and store with the correct address. The store manager denied any responsibility, blaming the online ordering system. My wife had to wait 25 mins for the order to be made from scratch. I called the manager after she returned home to express my concern that they failed to make our order as placed and refused to acknowledge responsibility or apply any sort of discount to the order for our inconvenience. Once again the manager denied any responsibility, and said "how am I supposed to take responsibility for an order I never received?" I said "because you are running a WING STOP and it is the official WING STOP app I used to place the order, with a proper order confirmation. He again said it wasn't his fault. So, if you want to order here, realize that they don't stand behind the ordering system, and apparently couldn't care less about making it right when a frequent customer's order has a mistake. This place is disgusting! We ordered wings to go and there was at least 1/2 cup of oil at the bottom of our Louisiana dry rub and lemon pepper wings. We had to throw them away. They were soggy and all the oil had washed the seasonings off. There was even a pool of oil at the bottom of the celery and carrot carton!! The fries hadn't been seasoned. I ate at this wing establishment earlier today after convincing my brother to get wings for lunch rather than an excellent if boring hotdog from the food court at Costco. We ended up here due to a general disillusionment with that other bison themed wing restaurant coupled with the fact that this restaurant opened while both of us were away at university. The prices of this restaurant compare favorably to other wing restaurants; 10 wings, a generous portion of french fries and a soft drink cost approximately $10.00. While not cheap the relative value appealed to the frugal side of me that earned me the nickname SJ in high school. We both ordered original hot wings and our service was expedient and the staff was friendly. The wings were good but not overly spicy. I thoroughly enjoyed them whereas the lack of heat prompted my brother to dial his psychiatrist. Different strokes for different folks I suppose, but I can say the hot sauce is milder than the BWW hot. The fries, normally the Gwyneth Paltrow of side dishes are exceptional here. These glorious rods of starch had a great mouthfeel and we're seasoned to perfection, adding a sweetness and depth to the fries; a dish normally lauded for its greasiness and salty monotony. The soft drink (Coke products) selection is small but adequate. Everything was great tasting, even the blue cheese dressing, normally an afterthought was great, with a thick consistency and a lot of the delicious cheese for which the dip gets its name. The ambience is geared more towards takeout or a quick meal than towards a full service place but there are still high definition television sets for sports if you feel so inclined to watch. Overall this great meal was an excellent start to, and even the highlight of, a day that included my acquisition of a wool sport coat at a local thrift store for only $5.99; which is really saying something considering my love for gently used outerwear at reasonable prices. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Okay, wings... Boneless wings. Hard to screw up chicken nuggets in a sauce, unless... The BASE for all of your "sauces" is SALT. Placed an online order today for pickup and my wife went to pick it up. Fat teenager at the front was a total asshole to her about wearing a mask. We understand if you want to make people wear a mask to come pickup their food that's fine but provide them for people that don't have one. We didn't have any he said if you don't put on a mask you're not getting any wings and said it in a condescending way. Fat little punk prolly gets to take home all the wings for himself that he won't give to paying customers. I ate here today for lunch after seeing they opened a location near my house when I was away at school. Originally I wanted to go to Costco, as they have cheap hotdogs that I enjoy, however my persistent brother insisted we eat hear because we are somehow on that level of brotherhood.. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and speedy with our order. We both got original hot flavor with fries and drinks. Holy mother of god, the fries here are amazing!
