Great spot! Food was great and service was top notch. The 2 guys working were very cool-friendly customer service oriented-expeditious and I give them a ton of thumbs up... they were working hard and handled the volume professionally-really was happy from the employees working... atmosphere was clean and welcoming-nice and good guys working hard... recommended, :-) read more

Shoutout to Chris at Wingstop The store was incredibly busy but he handled the rush like a absolute pro He was polite, attentive, and made sure my order was 100% correct before handing it over It is rare to get such great customer service in fast food these days. I will definitely be coming back to this location. read more

Paid I don't even know how much for a side of all celery and this is what I got. Disgusting and a waste of money, I don't understand what makes the employees think it is okay to serve someone with this. I can only image what happens with the rest of the food they serve... read more

Wingstop - bad food - Chicken Wings Near Me - Littleton, Colorado

NO Heat Lamps, NO Microwave is there slogan. My family and I went to eat this location because the power was out in my area. I ordered $80 dollars of wings, fries and corn, The restaurant served are wings cold. MY family was so hungry because we went without power all day. I went to the manager and I told him about the issue with the food. All 8 I received was a blind stare and no apology. Maybe, they should change their motto. read more

This location is definitely not as good as the one on Wadsworth and Mississippi. Definitely don't get it to go because their fries cool down very quick. The chicken wings are definitely not as good. It seems like they overcook them. read more

Worst service, rude employees, and they can't read a ticket. barely seasoned the wings and fry's

I want to start by saying I've been a fan of this location for some time. Tonight I ordered a 20 piece traditional on DoorDash (First time) - note it was secured and delivered in a timely manner. hands down the worst wings I've had from here. The place is open till 1am. so this wasn't a last minute before close scramble. For 1: Only 10% of the wings were flats which isn't the worst thing. For 2: there was minimal flavoring For 3: they had lightest cook time possible when they were supposed to be well done. keep that in mind if you're considering ordering for delivery. read more

The staff is consistently friendly, the food comes out fast, and if you're the parent of teenage boys, producing hot wings instantaneously is probably already your superpower. I can handle NO spice. It's not a weak stomach issue, it's an I'm-a-Major-Wuss issue. But, my fire-breathing, atomic Mach 10 sauce-eating teenagers love the wings. read more

Walked in at 11:14 to be exact, (they close at 12 by the way) and was not greeted or even treated kindly. I understand it's late but they made it clear they did not want us in there in about 5 different ways. Im just confused why they're open till 12 if they really close at 11. Last time i went they didn't even make the corn i ordered and it was 10:30. Honestly pretty disappointed in the looks the behavior, locking the door, turning off everything, and the kicker mopping and hitting our table while we were waiting for our food. I tried to apologize for being there at 11:15 and got hit with the i don't know English but i heard the guy speaking fluently. Is this too harsh ? read more

My daughter brought a coupon in for 5 free wings but they didt included her order and hey still kept the coupon!!!!!!

Not impressed by any of the food. Wings were dry and flavorless. Especially the garlic Parmesan. No flavor. Fries were not good either. They had a hard time giving me my takeout order. They did not use my name because they couldn't spell it. I'm assuming that. But didn't tell me so they kept looking for a person with the made up name. The person that took the order was no longer around. What a cluster. Ambiance was clean and nice but I did take out. Not going there again. read more

Food was good. But the order took 40 minutes to come out, and it was no where near busy we were the only people dining in and there were a few Togo orders. It was also extremely cold inside. The water in the bathrooms were also freezing. read more

BEST QUALITY WING STOP EVER!!! When it comes to my wings, i'm quite snobbish. But when I say these are the best wings ever, I mean it. And not just from any location, but specifically this location. FOOD: What a real wing should be like!! Never too big, Never too small, crispy on the outside, warm and tender on the inside. Anyone who has not tried Wing-stop that is a wing-lover like me NEEDS TOO!! Not to mention their sides... Veggie Sticks (Stix), French Fries, & Corn. (Our favs!) Something I specifically like about this location is that 90% of the time their fires are crispy and cooked to perfection.(Something that we've had trial and error with at other locations!) Along with Louisiana corn, a favorite. The "Stix" (Celery and Carrots) is also something we get every time! SERVICE: Best experience! We typically call-ahead our orders because we choose to drive further for this exact location. & every time we do so, we are greeted with great service on the phone and in person. They are efficient, kind, and patient. AMBIENCE: Sporty! Just how a wing place should feel! Casual, but comfortable. You are greeted with music, and the TV's have sports on. However, this location does NOT feature a bar. Only positive vibes, and they are often busy. I don't think i've ever been in there alone! read more

Order said 8-13 mins. I waited until it said "order complete" on the app to leave my house. Order still wasn't complete after 30mins. Wingstop should not be able to mark an order as completed if it is not completed. This is not the first time I've had an experience like this. Man behind the counter at 7:30pm had a bit of an attitude problem. Food is usually pretty good. read more

Food is always good! however, we placed our order, and received it an hour after. I would understand if it was busy, but it wasn't. 3 different people who ordered after us received their order before us. after 45 minutes of waiting, we asked about our order... they hadn't even printed it out yet. they didn't even start. once they printed it out, it was ready in 10 minutes . Just not a good location I guess. however, as I'm tying this out, I feel as though I'm going to vomit, so that's fun read more

Love coming here but just came out and the order was wrong and take-out/dine in was wrong. Honest mistake maybe but seemed in a bad mood.

Online order said 8-13 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes after ordering. No organization on who is next in line. Everyone is just waiting to be helped. Finally was asked what's the name on my order. I told them and she went to check on it. She never followed up with me and so I waited. After 30 minutes I went back up to the counter and asked how much longer. She said she couldn't say... they are super busy. So I asked for my money back. She apologized and gave me my money back. I will not be going back to Wingstop. BWW is down the street and has better organization. Wingstop is a big fat ZERO. With terrible ambiance. read more

I really hate to do this. Usually my reviews are to share positive experiences. But I just have to... When we moved to the area, my Niece told me to avoid this place. I did for years, but finally a wing craving drove me in. To start with, I found the menu very confusing. Everything was offered in combos. When I said I was just interested in wings, I was told not to worry. Well, the individual wings only cost me a couple of bucks less, and then I found out that it did not even come with the 2 dipping sauces. I later heard an employee arguing on the phone that they didn't offer 30 wings, and I was looking right at it on the menu, and if they offer them at individual prices anyway, why would that matter? So the menu must confuse the workers, too. Then, not even after 2 minutes after I ordered, I went back up to the counter to add Cajun Corn on the Cob because it intrigued me so much. Well, good thing I did because the kitchen had no record of my wing order! The employee that took my order first asked what the name on the order was, and I informed her that she had not asked for my name. That got straightened out after a few minutes of confusion, and after they took my receipt. While waiting, I noticed there were options for the flavoring on the corn. I thought it was a mix, not a choice, and was not asked when I ordered. When I got home, I found that though I'd paid for a large order of the corn, I only got a small. My receipt that I had given them was not with the order. And the wings were among the tiniest I have ever seen. We did enjoy the flavor of the Mango Habenero and Traditional Hot sauces, but the chicken itself was dry and disappointing. I wish i'd have taken my Niece's advice and avoided this overpriced lesson. read more

I placed an online order on 11/24 and when I went inside the restaurant to pick up my order and pay, some fat kid working there with his mask down around his chin said I had to leave because I didn't have a mask. After he said this, I looked around the restaurant and only a couple patrons were wearing them. I said I didn't have one (rules apparently just changed in the county), told him my name and left. Fortunately, I did not pay online for the order (totaled $61 and some change). As I left the place, I noticed there were no signs on the doors requiring masks - nothing. I'm guessing they served the food I ordered to someone else. I will never go to this place again, nor do I recommend it to anyone else. I'm writing this because this wasn't the first time I've had a crappy experience at this Wingstop (long waits after order was supposed to be ready, cold food, over-cooked wings, and punk kid working there who gave me stink eye). read more

I have been waiting for over two hours for my order when it said 8-13 minutes. Half the time the food was not good the fries are always too soggy and cold. They forget the order and not put it on like if I wanted 10 wings they gave me 3. The vibe of the place seems sketchy and not good. It makes me feel really uncomfortable. read more

Whatever gentleman that was working the counter tonight, I seem to have some on going issues with. He had blonde hair, glasses and a nasty attitude as if my wife and I were inconveniencing him by ordering at the register, which seems to be the case every time we visit this establishment with this employee. After our food was bagged and prepared we had to wait for an additional 7 minutes for him to finish his conversation before he noticed to hand us our order. Additionally we were charged for extra dipping sauces and did not receive them. I'm disappointed with the staff at this location and hope to see some changes. read more

I really enjoy WingStop. But I do not like this location. I'm glad that I have been frequenting the WingStop on belleview. I only went to this location because it was more convenient tonight. Sadly, I regretted it once I got home and opened my food. The chicken sandwich was made correctly thankfully, its so simple to make. My wings on the other hand, were over cooked and dry. Definitely disappointed and will no longer use this location. No matter how much it inconveniences me. read more

What a nightmare. I was picking up a delivery, they had no idea when it would be ready. Others had been waiting for over an hour. Someone was there for 2 hours waiting for food. The manager LEFT the store and didn't come back and left the employees there on their own. I delivered food for another store, came back almost an hour later and told the customer to cancel. Awfully managed store (well there was no manager). Staff did the best they can. Stay away. read more

The staff is fantastic here. Nice, sweet, hot! Just like the wings. Yummy. Thanks for being so helpful. We'll keep coming back for boneless.

Waited for over 35 minutes for wings while being the only people in here . The staff absolutely seemed to care less. When I asked if our food was coming anytime soon the guy told me ya they should be working on it. It came out ten minutes later and the guy was wearing a fake mustache. Not a good time for a joke dude. Makes no sense for only being 15 wings Overall Buffalo Wild Wings is 2 minutes away. Avoid this spot all together. read more
