I LOVE the hot honey and lemon pepper dry rub- because I've found that if you do a dry rub, and get your choice of sauce on the side, by the time you get home, your wings and still nice and crispy- not soggy! I always drink a few Bud Lights when I come to visit. Sometimes through traffic, it actually takes me two hours to get here. But it's well worth the drive to come visit. Brielle is honestly the best server I ever go visit in the Tampa Bay/St Pete area. It's definitely worth a drive and definitely worth spending part of my day off here. The food is incredible and the beer is always cold. You can't ask for much more than that in today's economy. Brielle is an excellent brand ambassador for produce per house. We added sour cream and salsa fir an additional charge. The cheese curds have to be the best we've had anywhere. They aren't salty at all like some places and they have a nice Italian seasoning in them. The menu is pretty extensive so there are a lot of choices. The dining room is long and narrow with mostly tables of two, just a couple of tables fir 4 then they have counter or bar seating. Staff is friendly and helpful.
