Only good about order is that it arrived on time and the Uber delivery person was nice. Orders 4 different style of Boneless wings and the Large side of celery w Blue Cheese. The wings were dry, I guess you need to order them extra saucy to taste the sauce flavor you order. Large celery side for 20 wings was 8-10 sticks, for that large of an order it should be double. When I finally got through to someone it was an outsourced location and I had to be transferred to the actual store. The girl who took my pride was nice and made sure everything was correct before we got off the phone. When my husband brought home the order instead of lemon pepper well done wings all flat (which is an up charge) we were given hot sauce wings... I tried to call back to let them know and I was on hold for over 20 minutes. My husband finally decided to go in and wait another 25 minutes for the order. The wrong bag was not taken because the receipt had my exact order and everything else in there was fine... This location needs to do better. How you can make a person like that the manager and she keeps her job is incredible. Called my order in and Jacob was on point. 15 minutes later I showed up and was taken care of right away. Everyone that worked there seemed to be real nice and helpful. O ordered wings 3 different flavors and the best was the mild ones the other two were great also but love the bit of heat that they put off not too much but just enough. I normally order from this location and usually they have decent service maybe some cold fries every once in a while, but I heat them up in the air fryer and the wings are usually on point. This time after bringing my bag home, the fries were cold again, but it seems like the wings are 1/4 the size they used to be in the boneless and they were cold as well. Finally it's here. The staff is very friendly and professional which can be important. My daughter and i stopped by for lunch and was very happy with experience. We decided to get the meal for 2. It came with 15 wings and could choose 2 separate sauces and 2 dipping sauces, a large fries, and 2 drinks. We chose the atomic and Korean BBQ with blue cheese. The fries where nicely seasoned and more than enough for 2 people. The atomic sauce was nice and hot. Finally someone makes a hot sauce worthy of calling it hot. The Korean sauce was a bit spicy as advertised and was delicious. Only reason i gave 4 stars was the wings was bit smaller than i hoped for and we ordered in and came out in a bag, but the girl ghay took our order did offer a tray. But for the price and sauces i will still frequent this place. The wings for 2 was 23 dollars and change. Can't beat that anywhere. read more

I love Wingstop food. But this is the most poorly run restaurant I have ever experienced. I ordered online at 7:31, the website told me that it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I was in the restaurant at 7:40 and checked in when I got there to ask them to make a slight adjustment to my order. "Yes sir, we can do that. Your slip is right here." Fast forward to 8:45, and I ask about my order. They can't find the slip and the girl that I spoke with earlier just pleads ignorance. The wings looked like frozen chicken bites tossed in sauce. They weren't necessarily bad, but I wouldn't say they were good. The fries were well done and awful. Not even my kids wanted them. They also didn't want the "wings" either if that tells you enough. The store itself was clean and the workers were very pleasant and nice. They had a good amount of space with tables and a couple TVs. They bring you your food and you leave it in the table. There are no trash cans with tray areas for you to clean your own mess. I don't blame the staff for my experience because I know from working in food service before, that management sets the standard. Food takes entirely too long, the drink machine is always nearly empty & when it is full none of the drinks taste right, and they're always out of napkins, straws etc. Even when I've been the only one in the restaurant when they first open, I've had to wait at least 25-30 minutes for a small 6-8 piece wing meal. Tonight I got here for dinner rush, and while I understand it will take longer than usual, waiting an hour for a 6 piece combo is really just ridiculous. There are literally 3 people working right now, and they're slammed with online orders, UberEats/DoorDash, and walk-in orders. They deserve better, and they deserve more help, and like I said the manager sets the tone, so there should be more of an effort from management to set a better standard for employee performance. I've been to several wing stop locations both in and out of state, so while I completely understand their food takes a bit longer than usual, an average wait time of 40 minutes even for small orders on any given day at any given time is completely ridiculous. read more

if I could leave a negative star review I would because they definitely DO NOT deserve the 1 star. ordered our food at 6:04 the cashier said it would be 25 to 30 minutes we received our food over an hour later. We watched walk ups come and go after we ordered. The food was awful. The wings were fried way too long because the ends were almost powdery like cardboard. We ordered three different flavors two other flavors were under sauced one flavor was extremely over sauced. I recently visited this restaurant on 8/18/21. Placed an order for lemon pepper wings received barbeque nuggets. I normally check my bag, but this time I didn't. Couldn't call back.
