When we got there, you can hit the ring button to have someone take your order. Isaiah came out shortly after, was super kind and friendly. We ordered Da Cartel which included 10 wings (lemon pepper and garlic parmesan), a slider, and trap fries. This totaled out to be about $27 and fed two of us. The wings were absolutely mouthwatering. I'm not usually a fan of garlic parmesan because it's too powdery - but theirs were not like that at all. The slider was a bit too saucy, but the patty itself was well seasoned. The fries were everything - use a fork though it can get messy. Hoping the best for their future and looking forward to a store front where there's seating!

We also ordered the Cali Dog with a side of fries, and it definitely reminded me of home-the kind of good, solid hot dog you crave after getting out of the bars or clubs. The buns are soft, the veggies are fresh, and everything was flavorful, well-seasoned, and tasted fresh. I'll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend this spot to anyone in the Henderson area!

I stopped by this place last night 6/19/2026...Yes Juneteenth…read morewith the intention of supporting a Black-owned business. Unfortunately, my experience started off and ended on the wrong foot. The woman behind the COVID screen greeted me with an attitude almost immediately. I mentioned that it was my first time visiting, but that didn't seem to matter. She started firing off questions about my order, and since I had never been there before, I wasn't familiar with the menu. I'm not sure why some restaurants expect first time customers to have everything figured out in a few minutes. Every question I asked seemed to irritate her. She barely made eye contact and acted genuinely bothered that I was there. When I asked what sauces were available, she actually sighed before answering. It's a strange feeling when you're trying to support a business and spend your money there, yet you're treated as though you're inconveniencing the staff. What made the interaction more frustrating is that there wasn't a single person behind me in line. There was no rush, no crowd, and no obvious reason for the impatience. A little courtesy and patience go a long way, especially with first-time customers. As for the food, it looked beautiful in the photos, but the flavor didn't quite match the presentation. The boneless wings were overwhelmingly salty. Easily the saltiest thing I've had in a long time. The bone-in wings, however, were flavorful and enjoyable. The fries were well prepared, and they provided a generous serving of ranch, which was appreciated. In the end, the food simply wasn't good enough to justify the attitude. Customer service matters, especially in the hospitality industry. No one is asking for staff to be overly accommodating or put on a performance, but BASIC patience, professionalism, and kindness should be expected. First-time customers will have questions, and that's part of the job. If this business wants continued support from the community, the customer experience needs as much attention as the food. DO BETTER!!!

My buddy made the mistake of saying "6 wings" and the didn't offer him the 2fer even though I had already set that up when we first got there. They should be able to anticipate being really busy when your home team is in the finals. Also, they had this strange issue where music would randomly play REALLY loud during the game.
