Fail. There are laws about having a functioning restroom, at minimum a sink to wash your hands. Both restrooms are locked, no apologies or show of concern when asked. So I rinsed my hands in cold water at the drink machine, no soap, and found a roll of paper towels nearby (I'm obvious not the first). Then discovered there are no waste cans in the dining area which helps explain the mess on tables, counters and the delivery-pickup rack. Oh yeah, what about the food? The "tender" were tough and dry, the voodoo fries passable. Pro tip: When your main thing is chicken, try getting at least that right. So here I sit in a finger-food joint still with no sink available. Back to the drink machine where I now realize the ONE roll of paper towels is actually in lieu of napkins. It's a shame the otherwise very nice ladies and gents are stuck in this pit but I'm guessing it's SOP and they are blissfully unaware how bad it is for a major chain to have such a horrible location. read more

You know at one point I would say this is a 4 star joint, and it still is, however, i am changing my outlook on how I view foods, better late than never. I am just not on board with wingstop anymore, I am going to give them a three star. I just saw a video of how they feed these poor chickens corn and all sorts of things and force feed them as well and I am not sure if wingstop gets its chickens from the same people. I am just sick and tired of being told about the mistreatment of animals for us to eat, and how the chickens never see daylight. I wish I knew where the chickens come from and if these wings were antibiotic free and free range. I don't think they are. I enjoyed eating this chicken, and may eat it again from time to time, but I can no longer make this my regular eating spot. Do not get me wrong, the food tastes good always have, the customer service has always been good. When there was an issue, Wingstop has fixed it to my satisfaction and if you are not on an organic kick, Wingstop is one of your places to go and dine. Like all reviews it is based on personal tastes and what I am looking for in an eating establishment. The facility is clean, the people are fine, my biggest complaint is the soda machine with 101 flavors is always out of flavors, but I guess soda defiantly should be off the organic, all natural list for sure anyways. I placed an online order tonight and got home to a bag with food I didn't order. I called this store and spoke with a guy who told me to bring the food back to the restaurant. When I walked in, the guy I spoke to over the phone asked me what was wrong with my food. I stated, I just talked to you on the phone, this is not what I ordered. This chick wiping the table down made a comment "We don't need none of that at all". I asked her who was she talking to because I was not talking to her. She proceeds to start going off on me. The guy asked her to shut up and she continued to talk to me going off and yelling. So of course I addressed her and told her I didn't need none of this. Y'all got my order wrong and nobody is talking to you. By this time the manager came to the counter to address my order, but this simple minded chick was steady yelling and pointing her finger at me. She threatened to beat me up so I begged her to beat me up. I told the manager and the guy I was initially addressing to not worry about correcting my order and to refund my money. As the manager and the other worker were trying to look up my order that they all of sudden have no record of, I took out my phone and took a picture of the chick who I was not talking to but decided to threaten me even though they got my order wrong. That made her mad and so she threatened to beat me up again. The manager begged her to go to the back after I told her I was about to drag her all over that Wing Stop... please try me. I haven't ordered Wing Stop in years. I hesitantly places this order and I didn't go in this restaurant with an attitude about the order. I simply wanted them to correct it. The manager apologized for this chick's behavior and I told her it was fine. I didn't understand why she got involved and why they would treat paying customers this way. The staff was very friendly and helpful, The Mr. took forever to order and the cashier was sooo patient and dealt with his issues of ordering CHICKEN WINGS!!!!!! (Apparently he frequents this spot) The wings were BOMB.COM and the Fries were soooo good, seasoned very well! Finger Licking good!!! Yummmy!! I don't think I used a napkin at all lol Dined in watched a little football as I stuffed my face, very chill! I went on a Monday afternoon, wasn't too busy so we ordered on the spot and the wait was not too drastic, typical 10-15mins They recommend you call ahead to avoid the wait but ill assume that's for the busy times. I come here for lunch quite often. We like to call ahead (or go online) and order our wings to avoid the wait. That works out pretty well, they've only ever had one problem with the online ordering system not taking our orders. The wings are pure heaven. Deep fried deliciousness. They have become suspiciously small wings as of late. I hope that's a fluke and not a trend. The fries. Ohhhh the fries. Give me a moment to wax poetically about their fries. They're steak fries.. with some sort of sweet/salty/pure awesomeness for a seasoning. I really can't describe it other than CRACK. Dip those suckers in some ranch dressing and I'm in fat girl *heaven* I think the service is fairly decent, the workers are usually pleasant. They do a good job cleaning the tables off. I used to frequent this store quite often. This all changed a week ago. My girlfriend and I decided to get a wing combo and be on our way. After 35 minutes waiting for my food I went to complain where they promptly handed me my food which had been sitting there bagged up and ready to go for some time. They simply didn't call out my name. We then left with our cooling wings to run a couple errands while we were out. After 30 or so minutes we were ready to head back home and eat. This is when we discovered we had no fries in our bag of food, something included in the nearly $20 combo I ordered. I went back to complain a second time regarding the situation.
