We love Wing Stop! The Fayetteville and Brookhaven locations are the best!! Since we live in Fayetteville, we frequent this one pretty often. Usually the person taking the orders are somewhat pleasant. SOMEWHAT! Well tonight the one taking the orders was sooooo naaassstttyyyy! Like you would have thought the world was going to end if she had to take one more order. She was so upset that she screamed with a long line "We ain't taking no more orders! You gotta order online!" We waited 30 minutes and they still didn't take the order and when approached after waiting they then told us it would be a 40 minute wait again just to place the order online because "they are backed up." I blame myself for this poor experience because usually I read reviews before visiting a new restaurant but I didn't. Anywho.... my overall experience will not have me returning or recommending. On Saturday, I made the mistake of stopping by this site to "quickly" pick up an order to take home for dinner. I placed my order with the cashier, paid, had to ask for my cup to get something to drink, then I sat and waited. After about 15 minutes another gentleman who had been waiting longer than I had came and sat next to me and we began discussing how long it was taking to get our wings. During the time that we were sitting there discussing our orders, it appeared that the manager on duty at the time walked into the kitchen and began berating the entire kitchen staff about something it was very incoherent and I kind of lost interest after a while. there was a steady stream of customers coming in to either pick up or order food, but it was not as overwhelming as it seemed it was to them because of our food taking so long. We are in search of the perfect wings within a 15 minute drive of our house and the search is not going well. We decided to try Wingstop. We arrived around 3:30 pm. These aren't the baby wings you get from American Deli, these are adult sized wings seasoned well, several flavors, hand cut fries, and homemade dressing. I usually get the 6 piece wing combo which allows the selection of two flavors at no charge, fries, a dressing, and drink for $9.
