No matter what time of day or how busy it is, this staff has mastered the ability to maintain positive customer experience, service, clean front area and amazing quality of food. A lot of people complain about high volumes of orders, slower front counter service but this is only when there are heavy promotional events going on and a flood of online and in-person orders come in at once. This Wingstop doesn't shut down when this happens--they come to life and not only produce ACCURATE, well prepared food, but they don't lose their cool even when angry or impatient customers give them a hard time and leave false bad reviews about them. These young men and women could teach this entire area a lesson on customer service and priority of quality and consistency, because as far as I have seen frequenting this location as well as other fast food places in the area along with my wife, other places are far LESS BUSY than this place is and they don't do as half as good a job as Wingstop on 278. She wasn't excepting call in orders or walk ins. When I explained we tried to order online and the issue we were having she just said I'm the only one here and oh well. This is a very busy location and seemed a bit understaffed. That said, Eric, who was working at the front counter was amazing! He was able to make sure all of our orders were correct and correct any issues. He went above and beyond to make sure all of the customers in the store were taken care of properly. Worst wingstop I've ever been too. 10 minute wait on hold before I could order and when I got there they had no customers. I ordered the wings extra crispy. This location is the worst . It's never clean and they are very unprofessional. I placed a large order and I notice that it was incorrect and ask to speck to the manager. The cashier told them that I ordered what was on the ticket which was a lie. I have been to this location 3 times since it's opened and each time it's becomes less desirable. They are definitely not following CDC guidelines or common foodservice practices. Some have on mask, some do not. The cashiers are sticking their fingers inside customers cups when they are passing the cups to them Customer service is the waste. No greeting or thank you by the cashiers. They make it obvious they don't want to be there, it shows in their demeanor. This is our first time ordering from this Wingstop. I used the app to place the order and when I arrived everything was ready to go! We ordered a 30 piece with half Original Hot flavor and half Garlic Lemon. We also ordered the corn and some rolls. I was kindly greeted and assisted right away. Visited the Covington Store on Hwy 142. Ordered lemon peppered wings (dry). The wings were tiny with very little meat, and I have to reiterate, very little meat on the bones. The store manager (Essence) said that refunds were not possible not even a partial refund because they receive complaints about the almost bare-boned wings and the same customers still come back for more. We will NOT be returning. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Since they're still in business, I guess people do come back so they don't care about the quality of those wings. read more

If I could give them a zero I would! My fiancé and I went in to place an order and was greeted with an attitude. The girl was very snarky and sarcastic. When I changed my order from 2 6 pc combos to 2 8 pc (more money!!) she continued to make faces as if I was bothering her or annoying her.
