We had a very good lunch here today. Ordering was easy and we got our food within a very short wait. You can even see the status of your order as it is prepared on an electronic board. I got their 6-wing combo. The combo comes with a drink and French fries. I requested all flats. I paid a slight upgrade fee for the flats. And asked for the wings well done. Plus I got two different flavors (3 each) of lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan, The chicken wings were great. Cooked as ordered. I liked both flavors. Usually lemon pepper is my go to, but the garlic parm may have been even better. The fries were very good, as well. Hot and crispy. And no yucky coatings. I chose ranch dressing as my dipping sauce. My husband got a 3-piece chicken tenders combo. He chose blue cheese as his dipping sauce. Included fountain drink sodas with the combos were self serve. They had the usual suspects for sodas -- Coke products, plus a whole lot of other choices that you could select from the machine. I had a Diet Coke and he had a Dr. Pepper. So glad we stopped here. The service at this Wingstop was pretty good. No complaints about the folks or the restaurant itself. The bathroom was also surprisingly very clean. Ordering online was simple and straightforward. As for the wings, I think they were done exactly like Wingstop does them: super salty, super greasy, super (unnaturally) intensely flavored. So if that's what you're into, go for it. The hot honey on the bone-in wings were decent. On the boneless (I won't call them wings), it was just saturated nonsense. Wings like this are a once-a-year max choice for me. read more

I have wings lovers in my family and this spot was nearby today so we decided to give it a try. The lady at the register was very nice. The lady I kindly asked for an extra container, not so much. This is more like an "order and pick up" type of place but they do have some seating indoors. Wings, we decided to try the lemon pepper and the mild ones (like the OG hot ones but less heat). The kids liked them both, so did my husband. I, on the other hand, was not blown away by neither. Ordering from the app was easy. Order was ready on time . We got the 15 pc. meal for two which included 15 wing pieces which you could divide between two sauces. We opted for a large veggie plate with two dipping sauces for our side. There were two 20 oz. drinks included which you have to pour yourself. Now to taste. All cold, and the 10 that weren't plain had little seasoning (my 8 yo was even disappointed). 30 classic - 3 flavors. All but 10 were cold, several obvious signs of freezer burn. Garlic parmesan was tasteless. Mild sauce was watery, wouldnt stick to wings. Lemon pepper okay but could've had a little more flavor. Fries - both containers were soggy, and cold. both ranch and blue cheese were considerable watered down. Service was pleasant and welcoming, no concerns. Considering the store is new it's very clean inside & the staff is very nice. However, I'd recommend waiting for them to get the hang of things. My food on the app said 16-20 mins I showed up 30 mins later & was told my food wouldn't be ready for another 15 mins. Large fry, 16 boneless & 6 tenders shouldn't take 45 mins but like I said they are a brand new location i didn't mind being patient. However, I live 7 mins away I get home to eat with my friends & our fries are ice cold ($6.69) you'd think since I waited they would be hot & for that price you should get an adequate amount of fries at least enough to share however I'd say it was fairly skimpy for the price. stopped here Sunday for our first time at Wingstop, restaurant was busy but had plenty of staff to handle the busy store. the nice woman took our order and answered questions. there was a very small hiccup in ordering but was rectified by the wonderful manager Tiffany. who was kind and extremely helpful. The second day very much the same for no issues, met with smiles and very happy people. my grade for this is an A+. Very Minor mistake did happen it was fixed no hassles with a smile excellent customer service by both cashier and Tiffany the manager. the restaurant was clean and spotless, no dirt or garbage left over despite a full restaurant. Everyone wearing hairnets and gloves was appreciativ. We were told 25 minutes I think it took 20 minutes from order to out the door. Second day we were told about 20 minutes and I think it was about 15 again the time was impeccable and I could not complain one bit. My grade here is again an A+, I love seeing clean restaurant, as well as feeling as though they take pride and a look in appearance to the store itself. As well as wearing gloves and hairnets. They are doing extremely well on timing and beating what they estimate. Now onto the food, I will start this by saying my mother has had cancer and has trouble eating. Which has impacted her enjoyment of chicken wings in general, as she is unable to taste a lot of food at full flavor if at all. So when we went in, we tried the boneless chicken wings and the regular fries the first day and the second day voodoo fries, chicken wings came out fresh and crispy fries were delicious both days. My mother was able to eat and enjoy them, as well as taste of flavor that came on them. We both tried the garlic Parmesan lemon pepper Louisiana rub mild. Every flavor was delicious and we both enjoyed it. The fact that she was able to taste. The flavor says a lot about the seasoning and, the sauce that they use on it great job.
