They serve the general Nashville area for delivery, but one also has multiple pick up options. Order by 11am Friday and get it delivered/picked up Sunday/Monday. This week my favorite has been Keto Bruschetta Chicken *drool*. I'm only 3 days into this week and I've already ordered a brand new selection of dinners for next week! Portion size is plenty (I couldn't even finish mine) and the 3 I've had so far have been very flavorful! The food is delivered in a nice insulated bag with an ice pack and they go in the fridge.
