It's a clean and simple set up, with tables separated by heavy curtains in a long room. Don't expect a spa. The masseuses don't chat beyond asking about the pressure and are competent, always delivering a hard, consistent, deep tissue relaxing massage. I recommend the 60 minute massage for € 45. I call ahead of time and make an appointment. You can walk in but you may have to wait. It can get busy at times. I always leave in a euphoric state, stumbling onto my bike with a grin. As I was about to give up, I decided to change from trendy to........ Whatever (with limits, of course) I asked for a deep tissue/Sport massage, the owner called this little woman, literally half my size. As I am following her I thought SHIT & I whisper DARN IT! I had to turn around to make sure it was the same person. This little woman with jackhammer fingers, she had me subdued like a tamed lion, when she asked in her little voice: "Is this ok?" I whispered like a child, yeessss. And thought: What is happening to me right now? Why do I not want her to stop? It can't be 1hr. Already? She freaking rocked my world! The Truth is: Don't expect for trendiness, or quietness, the parlor looks like it was decorated in the 90's but it is clean The girls are very friendly but sometime too chatty on the phone, but you can ask them to stop. There is a wind chime on the door every time someone opens the door you know. You might even hear me moaning, or snoring, but one thing I know for sure, you will get the best massage in Amsterdam. Would I recommend: yes and yes Will I go back: I go once a month.

(I asked her during the massage, she said 2 years - quite new for an LMT) I also should have gone running when I mentioned I had plantar fasciitis (a very common condition) and she thought that was "an infection". She was very nice but unfortunately the massage was a complete waste of the small amount of time and money I had. Her hands were shaking by the end of the 45 minutes with only moderate pressure. She joked that "probably no pressure was too deep for me", but that's definitely not true. She just wasn't able to do it. She told me she only does relaxation massages. Really, this is the manager's fault for giving me a relaxation therapist instead of being honest and saying they didn't have any deep tissue therapists available. Would have appreciated some honesty instead of wasting my time and money. Super disappointing experience :(

It was cold, dark and not really an environment that fosters relaxation. We paid them in cash first since they do not accept card. One lady stayed and watched as my wife and I stripped down for the massage. We looked at each in other confusion and asked, "Are we supposed to take our clothes off for this?" The lady said yes, so we asked her to give us some privacy... Which she did before barging back in after about 10 seconds. The entire massage was the WORST experience of my life. I mentioned the curtain, so we heard everyone who came in. The masseuses were constantly having conversations with each other. My massage felt like the lady was just rubbing a crazy amount of oil all over my body. There was no substance to it. About half way through after turning over, our masseuse asked us if we wanted a foot massage. We were confused because we paid for the full body which should have included it. We said yes, so they asked for an extra 35 euros. At this point, I was starting to get frustrated and said, "No extra, just the full hour." From that point, they only massaged us for another 15 minutes. I know they were rushing us because I had heard another customer come in and wait for a masseuse for the past 10 minutes. Whatever. I was happy to just end the experience but while I was getting dressed my heart sank. THEY GOT OIL ALL OVER MY FAVORITE COAT! Avoid this place at all costs.
