I ordered the fish tacos while hubs chose the Salvadoran Enchiladas with, of course, chicken. Topped it off with the caramel flan and ice cream float. After eating one of my fish tacos, he admitted that if we are ever able to return, he would be willing to order the fish tacos they were so fantastic. In terms of beverages, I ordered horchata because I always order horchata. I have yet to meet a horchata I didn't like, and this was no exception. Sweet and delicious. I ordered birria tacos and a loroco pupusa. The birria was tasty and savory, as to be expected. Like most people, I dip my tacos in the broth because it's delicious. The loroco pupusa was really cheesy, which is a plus for me. All in all, this was a great place and I look forward to going back to try other items on their menu.

Melissa, Jay, Erica and crew were outstanding. Great communication, professional and on time. They went above and beyond to make our day easy and stress free. The appetizers, pizza, and salad were so delicious. I was running on adrenaline, as I'm sure most brides do, and still took note of their hustle. It was delicious! My husband ordered the pepperoni which was equally good. We devoured them pretty quickly. The edges were blackened but still flavorful - exactly what I imagined for a wood fired pizza! I heard that the margherita is amazing so I plan to try that next time. Both were well made and had plenty of flavor. The cashier at the food truck was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. Their menu items can be a bit pricey but quality ingredients are used and you can taste the difference. I'm glad we tried The Frenchman out.

Fried chicken goodness on a brioche, plenty of jalapeno slices, cheese, and an aioli. The brioche bun was fluffy and did a great job of holding all of the flavor into bites. A side of fries that were great compliment to the richness of the sandwich. The sandwich was a great balance of spicy and buttery. No ketchup or other condiments needed.
