They also brought along samples of their work, which my husband and I really enjoyed. The both of them came off as bright, enthusiastic and genuinely wanting to capture your special day perfectly. On the day of our wedding, Ray was at our place bright and early, along with our photographer. He was able to work in conjunction with our photographer, to capture what they both needed, without being in our way. On the day of our wedding, there was so much to be done and so little time, so that was much appreciated. Ray came along to our outdoor photo shoot and again, collaborated with our photographer seamlessly. Throughout our ceremony and reception, he was everywhere. it was just so easy to work with Ray. Shortly after our wedding date, Ray and his partner came over again to show me a part of what they had thus far. I was very pleased with their work and the quality was beyond what I had expected. After just a few weeks, Ray emailed to let me know that our video was ready. We were so excited to see it! The first time we watched it, we couldn't stop laughing. Our wedding was quite comical and Ray's video did such a great job of showcasing that mood. Since then, we've had friends and family comment on that as well. The quality of the video, along with the quality of the sound (my husband is an audiophile) was above and beyond what we expected as well. We've heard so many horror stories from other couples about their wedding vendors that we were skeptical in the beginning. But Ray and his team were so easy to work with, always on time and delivered exactly what they promised us and more. When we have our 5 or 10 year anniversary, I would love to have Ray and his team help us again. Thank you guys, for being a part of our special day and making such an unforgettable event last a lifetime for us!

He wanted to make sure he was capturing the moments that would make the final dvd fun and memorable. The resulting dvd was of very high quality and the shots taken were very nice. He was able to go to each table and have everyone say hi and take some artsy shots of the food/venue/guests as well. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone because they are professional, polite, and willing to work within your budget (I ended up getting an unedited/raw footage version) and the end product is something you will surely enjoy! I'd consider their regular pricing as similar to what other videographers are going for so why should you choose these guys? Ray is very personable and interested in being as involved or as little involved as you want him to be in the videographing. He didn't get in the way of the performances but was still able to capture a nice angle. Hard to describe. haha. I was scared that the sound would be kind of horrible since it was all raw unedited footage and we had some singers/dancing going on, but the music didn't sound all static-y or muted like regular camcorders do. I was impressed. =)

We expected the photos to come out really beautiful as the lighting and venue was just perfect. We were utterly disappointed on seeing the pictures, even AI could not help improve on the quality. The photos were sheer garbage and did not capture any warm wedding moments. There were 100+ photos of just the coffe or water containers, random chair and tables. We could not find even 10 good pictures from the 1000 lot that was shared with us. It left us with a bitter taste, of an otherwise, very well planned and curated wedding set-up. Inspite of asking specfically about capturing key moments, no emphasis was done on the asks, ex- not a single group photo, no pictures which reflect and celebrate the bride and groom. The photos have bad angles, colors and are completely unedited (same picture has 10 versions)- and no effort has been made to edit and select those before they were shared with us.

The quality of the photos was outstanding, and their turnaround time was impressively fast compared to other photographers we've worked with. We were thrilled with how beautiful the pictures turned out. Without a doubt, we'll hire them again and again for any future occasion. We've found our go-to photographers in the Bay Area! We used Desiree for our destination wedding in Oahu, Hawaii. From the first time we met she was genuinely friendly and I felt so comfortable with her. My husband was deployed at the time, so choosing wedding vendors was left to me. Once he met Desiree and Ed (who was her second photographer, and who also is an amazing photographer) he was so happy with my choice. We also did the pre-wedding photoshoot and she created a theme for us. The pre-wedding and the wedding pictures came out better than we ever could have imagined. All our friends and family loved Desiree and her whole team, they felt like family. To this day our guests still talk about how amazing our pictures look and what amazing photographers we had. I was still in nursing school at the time, so price was a big factor for us, and luckily, she was having a special for destination weddings when we were looking to book, so it worked out in our favor. She was worth every penny.

Joss was truly wonderful. We can't say enough great things!…read more Responsiveness: Joss was super responsive and available for any questions or instructions we had. He was super prompt on responding to emails and very very friendly. From the beginning of working with him, he set up a zoom for us to talk through what we were hoping for our wedding. He always made time and super receptive to any requests we had. Timeliness: Joss was very timely and was great about showing up on time. He stayed even later than our contract requested to finish up shots that we wanted which was so sweet and unexpected. He was so kind and even though he had been working so tirelessly the entire day, he still stayed and made sure we got shots of dancing, desserts, etc. even though I'm sure he was so tired at that point in the evening. He also delivered the photos in a timely way (about 10 weeks after). Skill: Joss is an amazing photographer. I've attached some pics that don't show our face for privacy reasons, but he obviously has amazing skill! The lighting and soft colors in his photos are so beautiful. We hired him specifically because we adore his film shots and how candid a lot of his work looked. He was good about directing us and telling us where to go and understood what we were looking for. He did a good job of keeping photos moving. He also brought along a second photographer that day as well. Price: We felt that Joss's prices were reasonable given the quality of photos you are getting. Something else he did that went truly above and beyond was that he set aside all the film photos when I asked for them after the wedding--which was SO kind and unexpected. If you pay for Joss, know you are paying for the quality of photos that you won't regret on your wedding day, but you're also paying for his wonderful service. Also his online gallery is pretty intuitive and easy to use. Truly the highlight of hiring Joss for our wedding was his amazing photography skills and his kindness and great personality. We can't recommend him enough!

These days, if you don't get a good wedding photographer, it's like you didn't get married! But where were we going to find a quality photographer within our budget? Enter Joss. Upon perusing Joss's portfolio, we realized we loved the look and feel of his photos. His photos seemed to capture simple beauty and timelessness so effortlessly. We were so pleased when we found that Joss was able to offer us an engagement and wedding photo package that was within our budget. Since neither my husband nor I like to brave the elements for those outdoorsy photos, and since I appreciate the look and grandeur of SF City Hall, we decided to go there for engagement shoot as Joss seemed to have had a lot of experience capturing photos there. Joss was professional, easy-to-work-with, and flexible. He put us at ease and found gorgeous nooks and cranies throughout the building to take some amazing photos. He also got some pretty iconic shots, and despite the general busyness and crowds at City Hall, was able to capture some moments of just the two of us. He sent us gorgeously edited photos as well as all of the raw photos very shortly after the engagement shoot, and we were able to incorporate them in our wedding website and project them at our venue on our wedding day prior to the ceremony. On our wedding day, Joss was just as professional and just as devoted to his craft and vision. My husband and I are probably the most unhelpful couple with no ideas or suggestions as to where to take photos, and Joss was able to capture the magic of the day and all of those special moments and details regardless (he does have a photographer's eye, after all!). We did discuss a shot list prior to the big day, along with a list of group photos we wanted to capture, and Joss was able to do that plus much, much more. Joss has an eye for capturing light, beauty, joy, and details in the most magical way. We just received our wedding photos and just so, so pleased with how they have turned out! Joss was able to capture our special day so wonderfully and so beautifully, and we truly could not be more grateful. We have gotten numerous compliments on all the photos we have shared with family and friends. The composition of some of the photos is just incredible! Joss was such a pleasure to work with, always calm and always professional. His work ethic is amazing, and we witnessed first-hand how hard he works to be able to capture those perfect moments. We love him, and we highly recommend him!!
