DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AS A VALUED CUSTOMER!!!! On Saturday, Sept 2,17 my husband bought a can of Coopers draught beer extract. It was the only can of that type on the shelf. We opened it to brew three days later and when added to the water it formed flaky lumps. We checked the can and it was outdated by two weeks. I phoned the store and spoke with Joe. He said just bring the can in and we will replace it. We live 60 Kms from the store but drove in today to return it. Apparently there is a new owner. She had the receipt on the counter but called both me and my husband a liar. She said we didn't buy it there because they don't carry coopers draught. Then she went over to the shelf and pulled off a can of coopers draught. The can was different so she accused me of returning an old can...it was old but she shouldn't have sold it on Saturday if it was old and outdated. Then she accused me of using the extract and returning the can because of the date. She said I need to see a picture. I showed her a picture of the lumpy brew. When my husband said it was the only can on the shelf on Saturday she called us a liar again...said we didn't buy it on Saturday because the shelf was stocked on Saturday. If it was it happened after the sale. I told her that it would be the last can I buy there. Her reply....I don't care. In the end she replaced the can but only after she repeatedly called us a liar. DON'T SHOP AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER!!!
