Where do I even start? I guess get the 'bad' out of the way. I got my Mom a gift certificate for Mothers Day - super stoked, she has never had a reading done before. A few days later, she was already on it and wanted to book reading so she sent a message on the website asking to use her gift card and ... no answer. So she sent another email but with a link, which we were sent in our email - still nothing. I then went on her website and found a phone number and texted her, she got back to me right away about having a family emergency but told me we can book via text. I set it up and asked her how to go about it, what to bring, etc - no answers on what to do. A zoom link was sent to my Mom saying "zoom meeting in progress" literally at that moment I was texting - NOT right before the date - it could have been a little more professional - maybe explain and confirm the date/time and copy/paste the link there not just send FROM zoom? I texted her a photo of what we received. No response, of course. The day of the reading we were waiting on a NEW link because I asked if she sent the link - to which she responded "Of course, I am in here waiting..." uhh what? Compassion? Nope. You sent the link the DAY BEFORE so obviously, THAT link is dead now. She sent it again. And my Mom was able to get in, OF COURSE. The last section of this bad part is literally ON HER WEBSITE it says "all readings are recorded" - I am going to upload the photo from the website - but my Mom asked afterward and she sent a text saying SHE needed to push accept to record on her OWN!!! What is that?!? How unprofessional, this is YOUR business, we aren't supposed to "remember" to do it for something I PAID YOU FOR!! So now we have no recordings... thanks a lot for ruining what was supposed to be a great experience for her - man, it's a good thing she took SOME notes... The 'good' part - she put my Mom at ease for her loved ones that came through, and she definitely knew things that no one else would know outside of our family, so she's definitely legit - just needs to work on her professionalism. I wanted to get another certificate for my Dad for Father's day but NOT from this one... Never again! read more

If I could give her zero Stars I would. She is a talented medium, but an obnoxious and horrible business person. She owes me the hundred dollars for the session that she cancelled twice. I wouldn't even have known they were canceled if I had not reached out. She is rude, obnoxious, and will Gaslight you to avoid taking responsibility for her horrible business practice. I have asked her several times for a refund and she kept stringing me along, so now I'm waiting for a claim with PayPal to get my money back. What a disappointment that I can't put up a minus 10 star review. Mindy is a not the real deal. Short and simple. Whatever you do don't buy a gift certificate as she will never deliver. If you don't believe me just read the above reviews and see what she's done to others. If I could give a no star review I would. In Mindy's social media pages it says compassion , of which I found she has none. I am a bereaved parent of a 23-year-old amazing young man. I made an appointment with Mindy on the one year anniversary of Loguns death , a day any bereaved parent relives the horrifying experience of loosing a child . Memories of that day flood back to you ... all day. I had made the appointment via email and it was accepted. So on the 21st of June at 6:00 pm , which is exactly the time I got the phone call about Loguns accident..... I sat at my table full of his pictures and candles lit centering myself waiting for her call. 6:15 Maybe I was to call her? Scrambling through my emails, looking for her contact info... I call , no answer. I messaged, no answer. I emailed, no answer........ I sat and cried . I waited an hour. I then received a txt that read: " I'm sorry, I have an electric calendar that didn't save your appointment. Let me know if I could do anything for you" Well ya , the least you could have done was call. To have lived through the last year was bad enough , but to have experienced being made to feel so insignificant on this anniversary was absolutely NOT compassionate. read more

I am like many others in that visiting a medium is always accompanied by some skepticism. I have had readings in the past that were generic in the best sense and quite probably made up fodder in the worst. Not so with Mindy. Mindy is great! I was super skeptical about this whole experience, but her personality totally puts you at ease right off the bat.
