We walked around the store to view the wines, many of which were from Pennsylvania but also different states and countries and included reds, whites, rosés, desserts, etcetera. We also saw spirits such as whiskeys, vodkas, liquors, rums, gins, cogacs, and more. We found two of our favorite wines for typical prices. The employee thanked us for shopping here.

Everyone who walks in is subject to being ID'd. Some people have described horrible customer service experience relating to it being a college liquor store, but speaking as someone who visited this location as a colleges student and as an adult, I've never had any trouble with it or found their precautions outrageous. That being said, this locations does get very busy. If you're considering stopping in after work on a Thursday or Friday, the line will almost definitely be wrapped around the whole store. And it doesn't move particularly quickly either. Parking on Atwood street is also notoriously tricky, but if you're local and bus or walk to the location it's very convenient. Forbes and Atwood street is actually a stop on all of the 61 and 71 bus lines, plus a few others. The selection is pretty good, although they definitely skew towards stocking less expensive products. I'm not much of a wine connoisseur, so that aways worked just fine for me. Plus they stock lots of products from local companies giving you an opportunity to support local businesses, which I like a lot. Overall it's a decent store. I don't see any real reason to complain.
