Where do I even begin?
The positives: Off the street parking, good location, nice spa, foxtel, and looks nice from outside.
The negatives: I stayed in room 38 with 4 other guests and we were only given 1 key for the 5 of us. We requested another but were told there was only one key per room which made it extremely difficult to go out separately. The walls looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in forever. Our shower door was broken, almost falling apart and kept getting stuck so we had to shower with it open. We were only given 1 towel each for our 3 night stay and were told if we wanted more we had to pay (and that you had to stay at least 8 days minimum to get a fresh set of towels!). There was no soap in the apartments (again you had to pay extra for this). Our downstairs toilet was leaking and continuously flushed every 5 minutes during our first night there. We told staff who came to fix it the next day, though I don't think they knew what they were doing as after the "fixed" it the toilet simply didn't flush at all. Stopped the annoying noise during the night but not working at all isn't really a fix. There were no doonas for our beds, only blankets which I don't think had been washed as we found hairs on them.
Overall, it was an ok price but I would never come here again as it was the worst resort i have ever stayed in. read more
