Best hot yoga classes out there! The amazing atmosphere and wonderful people make this place feel…read moreso welcoming. After spending so much time in the gym and constantly hurting myself in one way or another ( I was trying too hard ), I realized that I needed to change my approach. During one of my doctor visits, I was even recommended to give hot yoga a try. I'm not gonna lie, I still remember my first time here, and it was shocking. It felt hot, difficult, and even a little scary! But the more classes I took, the more I fell in love with it. Hot yoga made me feel stronger and more confident in myself without having to push "too hard". I was in the best shape of my life, and inside I felt better than ever. I also want to say a huge thank you to Larry Tomlinson. He was simply the best! He always made sure you were in the correct position without being pushy. He reassured all the people taking their first five classes that it was ok to take it easy and reminded us that we could step outside at any moment if needed. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident, so I can't take classes right now, but I can not wait to come back! I would recommend Energize to anyone.
