I thought Belfast's fashionistas would have chosen a more opulent venue but once I entered the Life Church i was blown away by what was on offer. Firstly the location is amazing, about a five minute walk from GV Street Station and opposite a car park it couldn't have been any more accessible if it tried. To get into life church you must first walk under an arch, today the arch was beautifully decorated with fairly lights creating a lovely ambiance on entry. Once inside the venue was much more spacious than I expected although the low roof and exposed beams make it a more intimate feeling. Today we were watching a presentation and the sound carried perfectly. I believe that Fashion week had decorated the venue, and they did a great job. This is somewhere I had previously not been but I am very impressed by what I have seen.

Have been here on Sunday evenings and for other events. Including the great women's groups wants…read morethey run;breakfasts,talks,discussions... They clan there are very very welcoming and friendly. You will not be over looked in this place and will be made to feel at home. The decor is creative and vintage and is constantly updated. The music and preaching is vibrant and lively. They have a nice cafe facility.

It is a beautiful church which has been recently renovated to a very high standard both inside and out. The Church receives quite a few parishioners for Sunday service as well as attracting university students in the area. The stained-glass windows are striking and project a beautiful light within the church, adding to its serene atmosphere. If you want to light candles, the Church has two candle stands with accompanying prayers for varying interests and needs, which is a lovely thought. The odd time a parishioner will leave a specific prayer for others as this may have helped them in a particular time of need. The mass times slot into every families lifestyle as they range from a Saturday night vigil right through to the last mass at 1pm on Sunday afternoon. Therefore, leaving no excuse for missing your weekly time slot for divine intervention and inspiration.

I walk past this oddly placed church every day I'm working in the paper and I did actually call in…read morea while back simply to admire the architecture (some of Belfast's churches beggar belief) I'm not a religious man to say the least but the one positive thing it has brought into our lives is fantastically beautiful art and perfectly formed buildings. Inside this little church is pretty much typical of many around the city - the usual religious iconography, wooden bench seating and marble fittings. Admittedly not as impressive as the huge St Annes Cathedral on down the road a bit but still.

Went there this am to their 10.30am service. It didn't start at that time. Hence the ratings of 4…read morestars. I have a major issue with stuff not starting in time. The church have only recently started meeting here. There have been on the go for ages but have not owned a building until now. And they have only started meeting in the morning instead of evening. People where welcoming and there was coffee at the door. Ethically sourced good quality stuff. It's an old buildings with a more modern stamp. Nice touch to have a birds eye view of Belfast projected onto the wall. The image and graphics etc are modern and fresh. The style of the service etc is more old school. It's a strange mix. The worship is a good length. The talk was about half an hour. People where friendly and came over to talk to me.

It's rather a small congregation and most of the older generation. They try to do lots of things to pull in the community. Fun days,exercise classes,messy church etc.
