I was able to call and email to get all of my questions answered and everyone I spoke to was always extremely nice and knowledgeable. The first moment I had a chance to I came down and saw it in person. It was exactly as it appeared in the pictures which I was extremely happy to see. Before I knew it we were moving in! Within the first few days of us moving in my ac broke and it was Friday and almost time for the front office to close, but that didn't seem to matter. They sent maintenance right over and got it working again, he even stopped by the next day to ensure it was working great! Overall I am extremely happy that I chose this as our home!

While they end up helping us, sometimes faster than other times its still an issue. I spoke to them to fix it or swap the freon and this time, there was no update or maintenance. at this point it's getting ridiculous.
