He claimed to have fixed the roof, but the next time it rained, it started to leak again. There was supposedly a 2 year warranty. IT WAS A PAIN AND A BIG HASSLE to get Joel to come out the 2nd time to fix the leak. I would need to constantly call his office only to get brushed away. My roof leaked AGAIN in a different area the next time it rained. I had to call constantly over a week before he even showed up. Right now, the issue is still yet to be resolved. I would NOT recommend Joel Ortegon Roofing. STAY AWAY! The quality of work is very poor, and you will have trouble getting him to come back. Don't say I didn't warn you!
