Amazing park. Clean well kept and reasonable. They even have a power washer to clean your ride.

Weekends only: take the shuttle up

On Sunday, my husband and I were driving back to Nashville from Gatlinburg with his family, and he wanted to get in some mountain biking. Cut to the chase: it was worth it, and he said compared to Oregon's trails they are more aggressively cut and rowdier. If you want to try it, here's how you do it: First, swing by the small general store to fill out a waiver and pay $35 for day use and the shuttle (weekend only). Second, park the car in the gravel lot. Then walk up to the upper shed to rent your ride and get fitted. They were nice enough to let him ride for half a day's price $50. He was able to take the shuttle up twice within an hour and had a blast. Bonus tip: We dropped off his mom, sister, brother-in-law, the nephews and niece at the Children's museum that was only 15 mins away. They had fun for the full hour and then enjoyed the sun and the playground.

Awesome place to go off roading! Very nice general store and amazing staff! Trails are nice and marked to your difficulty level.

Such a wonderful place!! The staff we've come into contact with are and have always been very helpful, kind and courteous! We've always stayed in their cabins the cleanliness is definitely a huge selling point for us! The trail system has something for every one and the views.......are just gorgeous!! Thank you WR we'll see you again! Thank You once again for pushing through the pandemic and sharing such a great place!!!

This place is amazing for outdoor adventures that we are. It provided plenty of challenges that never disappointed! We actually tent camped the primitive campgrounds. The sites were clean and the bathhouse provided was heated and clean as well.

This place is my favorite place to ride. The people here are so nice. The trails are awsome. They have a lot of sightseeing.

This was the best choice a solo parent with kids can make! Although the idea of camping in tents is on our to-do list; we wanted to be socially distant during the pandemic. I could not have chosen better. Even if you do not have an off road rig or ATV or bicycle or dirt bike, you can rent a Polaris. Tip: when we arrived there weren't any available. I couldn't find online where it says to call ahead to reserve, but apparently you live and learn! If you are going specifically to rent a cabin this is a great place too! Our cabin was slightly delayed but they cleaned it like nothing I had ever seen. Plenty of parking and playing for the kids. Great WiFi service and close to the store, grill, and trailhead. We stayed in the Poplar View cabin.

This is hands down my favorite place to ride my Jeep! Such a beautiful place with a lot of history!

Three words: Off Road Paradise. ATVs, dirt bikes, Wranglers - all come here for a little adventure. And adventure they get! 400 miles of rough roads and gorgeous views. Oh, yes, I am loving it! There are 150 driving trails ranging in difficulty, elevation and scenery. Gravel trails, rock trails, mud trails. Dirty-like-a-pig Jeep-driving fun. On day we all arrive (NY license plates! Yea!!! NY!!!), it been rained out for 3 days straight - there are puddles, mud, creeks and just general insanity. Perfect! Unless you are experienced off-roader, do not, I repeat, do not take black trails. And note that blue ones get just as difficult after the rain. Yes, you guessed it, even Jeeps get stuck in the mud. Oh, this is so much fun! Make sure to see the windmills and stop for mountain views and wild nature along the trails. Blooming honeysuckle, butterflies that are size of your hand, jungle-looking trees all around, clouds setting in on higher trails - beautiful!

We come from Miami just to enjoy this park! Everything is fairly clean and the employees are all very nice and friendly. Off-roading wise, there is a variety of obstacles for everyone to enjoy from smooth rides to challenging trails. We normally get there around 9 and leave around 6 on a good day if we don't break anything!

    Plenty of windmills

Geographically this place is placed smack dab in the middle of old run down trailer homes as far as the eye can see. I was looking to camp in one of there dry camp sites for the weekend. As I approached the front desk, Karen I think that was her name, acted like she was full and this was like getting a room at a 5 star luxury hotel. LOL This wasn't the place, run down. As I smelled alcohol and cigarettes on here breathe from across the counter. This place is in need of an update and wasn't a safe place to be. I'd try somewhere else this isn't the place you are looking for. You also can't dry camp for more than one night here. Which isn't on their website anywhere. I would stay here if my life depended on it. A few of their regular RV folks walked in with 2 teeth and smelled like they hadn't taken a shower in a month. I guess the showers aren't working here as well. To top it off Karen approached my car and made a snide remark as I made this review. Just find another place to camp. This isn't the place you are looking for.

I can recommend that someone might park overnight, but you have to watch out for the potholes and gullies in the poorly leveled gravel roads. Currently, there are such insane restrictions and rude, unethical and unprofessional management that it is simply not a pleasant place to stay.
