He REFUSED to give me the insurance company information. They advertise two claims, neither of which was true in my case. #1-They have a one million dollar insurance policy. Doesn't do the consumer much good if they won't give out the information. #2-They claim to leave your house better than how they found it, also false. I would NOT RECOMMEND this business. There are plenty of other window washers to choose from. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

The installation ultimately left us with a worse problem than the one we originally hired them to solve. What has been far more frustrating than the failed work, however, have been the hostile interactions and complete lack of follow through from Two Men and a Gutter. Over the past year, we have spent countless hours attempting to get this issue resolved. We have made repeated phone calls, left numerous messages, exchanged text messages, and communicated directly with company representatives. Multiple times, the company acknowledged the issue, agreed that the work was covered under warranty, confirmed our account and address, and promised to send someone out to make repairs. No one has ever shown up to even look at the damage, let alone repair it. Each time we followed up, we were given another explanation, another promise, or another timeline. Most recently, we were told someone would come out once the rain had passed. The rain passed. Nobody came. Follow-up messages have gone unanswered. That was in May 2026. To make matters worse, both my husband and I have experienced extremely hostile and aggressive communication from company representatives during our attempts to resolve this issue. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair led to them screaming at me on the phone about our review of their work costing them business. At this point, we have lost confidence that Two Men and a Gutter intends to honor its warranty or stand behind its work. We honestly don't feel safe having by them back at our house either. We will now have to hire and pay another company to correct their poor quality work. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would urge you to look elsewhere.

Troy patiently met with us at least 3 times prior to us signing a contract, and then kept in touch with us daily as the project progressed. He estimated the project would take a week, and let us know in advance the order the work would take place; the order and time estimates were right on. Despite periods of rain they were able to complete the job within a week. We had discussed potential 'surprises' prior to the project start, and unfortunately ran into a few (damaged wood behind original wood siding). He explained what the additional cost would be and we found it to be reasonable. Quality of the finished project, and of the onsite teams that performed the work, was excellent! We plan to use them for a roof replacement in the future. (FYI, We found TDS with the help of CHAT GPT; we couldn't believe how helpful the AI tool was in identifying highly rated contractors in our area. We interviewed 3, and ultimately chose TDS!)
