It was a complicated job because our window was initially installed in a very unorthodox manner, and the nature of this job meant very high risk of damage being caused. However, Gary demonstrated excellent skill and experience and was able to ensure removal of the frame from the outside, and in doing so, managing to negate any damage as a result.
