I called them about it, they promised to investigate and call me back. They never did, so I called them; they told me they would come on Saturday. Predictably, they never showed up. it wasn't until Tuesday that I was finally able to get them to do the job. the guy who finally did do it, was one of the rudest people it has been my displeasure to encounter in a professional setting. The icing on the cake? When I called them to ask if I would be getting a partial rebate, or even a coupon for all of the trouble, only response I got was " well we showed up didn't we?" so, if you don't want a job done right, you don't want to be treated with professional respect, you want to be pestered by the billing department every single day starting the day you get the invoice, or you don't want the job to be completed at all feel absolutely free to hire window Butler.
