We went outside with him and he immediately started talking bad about other gutter companies. We started walking around the house with him to show him our current gutters that we would like to have replaced. When we got around to the back of the house he started talking about how difficult it will be to replace some of the higher up gutters (it's a two story home). He seemed to start rambling and making no sense and seemed agitated. He finally said that he didn't want the job so we said okay and thank you for your time. Now the really weird part.....we are also having our roof replaced with new shingles. The workers on the roof let's just say aren't snow white Irish Americans. I don't care....they are working on my roof and hired by a very reputable roofing company in the area. So...Jerry Dan makes some very offensive comments about sending some people "back where they came from" and "if that sounds racists, then you're right and I don't care". Then he proceeded to walk back around to the front drive where his van was parked. As he was trying to leave, the site manager of the roofing crew was backing his truck and trailer into our drive. The roofing manager said he told Jerry Dan that he would be out of his way in just a second as he was backing in towards the garage. Obviously Mr. Jerry Dan was in a big hurry because instead of waiting for 30 seconds he decided to drive across our lawn and leave tire ruts in our grass. Not telling anyone to not use him but if he shows back up on my property........ If I could give negative stars I would.
