Bought a bike there a few weeks ago and I'm so happy with my purchase mike is honest and has knowledge of bikes and doesn't lie just to make a sale like other dealers do I went to 3 other dealers and 1 bike was sold like a week before and other dealers had over priced junk I won't bash any dealer unless they straight up lie or are shady I hate writing reviews but this dealer went above and beyond for me I over paid dealer and he handed me back the 600 cash cause u was just so excited that this dealer didnt have a 600 prep fee or any hidden charges I just paid the document fee which I'm ok with cause time is money i financed the bike and if u have good credit easy terms I was happy with purchase of the 2010 Yamaha R1 le bike is clean I went in on Thursday 3 pm I was riding my bike the next day transaction went so good I've owned over 5 bikes been riding for years and glad I got a good price good customer service and a bike that's been gone threw from a mechanic that knows What he's doing and easy to talk to some shops want to sell u add one and in not a fan of pressure I'm a fan of old school shop with respectful owner Listen all the other reviews on yelp are bs about wind mill cycles this guy has been in the business over 37years i would recommend this dealer to any one it's a small shop with good quality bikes my moto you get what u pay for and I saw other dealers want over 8,000 bucks for the same bike I bought with a lot more miles and scratched and dent Special my next bike will be a harley I want to buy another bike next year I'm going to see mike Owner of wind mill cycles and buy another bike read more

I went in to have repairs done on a motorcycle, "I did not buy there", and I was treated like a valued customer. The work became more involved then we originally expected and they called me and explained it in great detail before continuing. The technician is very particular about his work, but no one tried to push me to do anything through fear tactics. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't ask for either. I had Windmill Cycles pick up a motorcycle in hopes it would have been purchased by the them. It then sat at their shop for over 5 days waiting for a so call sick Mechanic to look at the motorcycle. I then got told it needed over $500 in repairs, I asked for a breakout cost of each item. I got the run around from the owner Michael Goes. The only repair I had done was a battery replacement, it then took them another 5 days for them to order it and then put the battery in the motorcycle. After that, I got the run around when the bike would be returned to my home. I was told, that there delivery person wasn't able to deliver it on that business day due to another delivery being made, and that it would be the next day. The following day again, I got the run around and that Michael couldn't ask his workers to work overt-time to deliver the motorcycle. I told Michael that it was no longer acceptable that he had my motorcycle for over 2 weeks and he was preventing me from selling it to someone else privately. He then proceeded to say, "Well what do you want me to do about it?" I replied, "Please return the motorcycle today!". I was promised that the motorcycle would be delivered by 5:30 pm that day and that I needed to pay the delivery driver "CASH" (for repairs and $75 for delivery). I asked if he took credit cards or personal checks, and the response was NO! I then proceeded to rush from work to meet the delivery person. The person was over 45 minutes LATE! The motorcycle was finally returned. I wouldn't recommend this business or doing business with Michael Goes. He is a LIER, he takes credit cards it was clearly stated on his website and Facebook page. read more

Bought a used bike there, was not allowed to test drive, took a big chance on the bike running well but was told a 30 day warranty is given. Warranty is very limiting when you sign it. Was surprised when I had to register the bike but did pick the bike up and was surprised again I had to get it inspected. They appear to be a dealer but the owner assured my insurance company they are not a dealer so I could be sent my certificate of insurance. Noticed the bike on the first ride needed a minor part and was told to bring back. Gave 3 chances and was blown off each time. I believe the bike is a good purchase overall for the price I paid. Do your homework and ask questions, and you may get a good bike as they have many used to choose from. read more

Really neat shop with a wide array of bikes to choose from. I seen old BMW bikes, newer Ducatis, gold wings, some nice Harley's and of course all the latest sport bikes. The bikes are clean and they provide a warranty. I've bought bikes from private sellers in the past, and since I started buying bikes at Windmill (i bought 2 from them and sold 1 to them), they always been fair with price and I've been very pleased with the bike. I've been riding for almost 30 years so I've had a few bikes, and 1 thing I can say is that I'll never buy a NEW bike again and I will always call Windmill to check why they have in stock before I rice buying a bike from a private party. Their prices are about what you'd pay from a private seller, but with Windmill you get a warranty, financing, and a nice bike with no hidden issues. Yeah, it's safe to say I like his place. Great guys to deal with. Most times the owner is there so you know Exactly what you're buying and from who you're buying it! He's a long time rider and former dirt bike racer himself so he knows what we all are looking for! read more

They usually have a decent amount of bikes but you have to be at the point of handing the check over to buy it before they allow you to test ride it and when i asked about it the guy said ive been here 10 years and ive only ever had to do 6 test rides we shy away and everything has to be set up before and if and im quoting here "if the only thing holding you back is a trip around the block i guess you could but we shy away from them." how are you gonna buy anything without testing it you test drive a car and you ride a bicycle before you buy it why waste time and money buying a 7,000 dollar or higher bike to find out you hate how it rides or how it feels. One of the number one things on a motorcycle is being comfortable and enjoying how the bike rides but if you cant test ride the bike how do you expect to know you like it before giving them your money and time im not gonna waste my time at a place that dosent understand a basic thing like making sure you enjoy the bike before selling it to you read more

Do NOT Bring anything to this place it is a complete rip off. I brought my ducati 848 evo to windmill in hopes of getting in fixed I was quoted $800-$900 knowing that my budget was around there for the repairs and the bill came out to be $3000 he upcharges labor and adds extra labor hours for more money along with unauthorized purchases (like a $1000 fuel pump) which I said do NOT buy one and he proceeded anyways. He then brought my bike to 2 other shops to fix and charged me for the transportation after the first shop did not do it right. He is a thief and needs to be stopped before other people get ripped off. While I was picking up my bike it was in the showroom free for anyone to sit on and scratch and I have found multiple scratches and dings which were not there on my brand new fairings. Along with one of the employees spray painting chrome on one of the motorcycles he was selling. He pockets cash and takes it off the invoice so there is no record of it happening. read more
