We live in windmill for over 25 years would not recommend with the type of stuff the association does to you mainly the owner daisy. Trying to double charge for missed payments of the maintenance fee which a specific month you missed cant be given the months always change. Nothing is up kept on my house our driveway is a safety hazard they refuse to fix and the whole house is dry rotted all the houses are actuallty. The grass is above my ankles and the pool has enough feces in it to make you sick WHY DO WE PAY $180/MO. Giving them a little to fix our problems which they fighting and giving a hard time about and will be going to the news sorces and or lawyers with all the research and stuff i have if not resolved.
