Highly recommend for career changers!…read more I struggle to find the right path in my career. Is this right? It's a job, so it must be. But can you truly enjoy working in X field as an X every single day. I didn't think this was possible. I started with Eden Sulzer, unhappy with the work I was in which was exacerbated by COVID. Fast forward to this week I have a job offer and am a final candidate for 2 other companies. Through the work I was able to identify and align positions that enhance my natural skillsets and meet my needs as to where I want to be at this time in my career. It's been a roller coaster but I do not believe I would be in this position had it not be for the career counseling work, resume revamp, elevator pit coaching and interview techniques I received from Crosworks. I was able to work my network for job leads, better navigate LinkedIn, and laser focus my resume to the right HR folks and I have seen SUCH great results. Re COVID - All our work was done via phone or Zoom which was super convenient, office visits were offered on specific dates (mentioned specific protocols in place)

I worked with Shelly Stotzer over the course of several weeks, and it was a truly enlightening experience. I was able to really hone in on my areas of strength, and find out what is absolutely vital to create a satisfying career for me. I was able to adapt my resume to really focus on what I'm good at and what I'm interested in. This knowledge also prepared me to ask the right questions at interviews so I could really feel confident that I was making a good career choice. The result was a change in job with a 30% pay increase and nearly complete job happiness. I am so glad I worked with Crosworks. I would not have had the tools to make better career decisions without their expertise and encouragement.

Happy New Year and excited to share my first review for 2023! I experienced an energy healing…read moresession with Jessica Noel at The Center for New Life. I really liked the session and am really looking forward to another one down the road. The center is located at 5701 N High Street (Worthington area). It is a large four-story office building that sits back, off High Street. I have driven by this building for years and had never been inside so super excited for it to be here. There is plenty of parking in front and around the building. I had received a gift certificate for Christmas and was excited to try out one of the sessions. I must say this was a very creative gift and was such a treat to experience a healing session. I went to www.clarityandhealing.com for services, scheduling, and contact info. Scheduling was as simple as emailing Jessica Noel (clarityandhealing@gmail.com), setting up a time, and meeting at the office. We had decided upon one of the healing sessions and upon arrival, I waited in the sitting area of the suite for here to prepare the room. I was taken back to the office and there was massage table in my office with relaxing music and some aroma therapy (or maybe it just smelled really good). After a few minutes of talking about myself and the process we were ready to get started. I was lying fully closed on the table, with pillows, heating pad, sheets, and blankets. There were a few different therapies used, including Zeb Therapy. I would absolutely recommend Jessica and really felt good about the session. I personally left feeling more balanced, happy, and refreshed. Jessica offers individual sessions, classes, workshops, and events. Sessions are by appointment during business hours. Some of Jessica's services include (from website): ~Energy Psychology Sessions ~Spiritual Psychology Sessions - Life Coaching/Counseling Sessions ~Energy Medicine Sessions (Multi-Dimensional Healing, Zeb Therapy, and Reiki) ~Combination Sessions ~Insight & Clarity Consultations ~Multi-Dimensional Healing and Reiki 1 & 2 Combination Training (Individual & Class Environment) ~Multi-Dimensional Healing and Reiki ART/Master Teacher Combination Training Jessica's email is clarityandhealing@gmail.com and for a full list of Jessica's services visit www.clarityandhealing.com. After correcting a miscommunication, I had to change my review from 1 to 5 star. Mr. Borowicz…read morecontacted me and clarified all confusion regarding the situation at hand. A simple miscommunication (breakdown in technology) had clouded my initial experience. An old fashioned phone call was all it took to clear the air, and I am happy to say that I will definitely consider utilizing this firm in the future if the need were to arise again. The service provided was indeed high quality, and I left feeling appreciated as a client. Sometimes that is just as important a value as the outcome. Thank you Baxter and Borowicz (and Michelle too).
