My family member was hurt just walking up the steep driveway. It was very UNSAFE. My car slid as the driveway and almost went into the neighbors home. UNSAFE We gave 1 month notice and the house was immediately re rented. . Reason it got rented right away is due to the fact it was in BETTER condition than when we took possession. Not only we left the home in better shape we left the propane tank with 3/4 Gas in it. The tank cost $500 to fill. I filled it less than 2 months back. The bedroom did NOT have any privacy when we took possession. We were sent a refund of $26. What a JOKE! Why even bother sending that? They took my $2500 Damage Deposit. Michael is all about $$ and profit. He don't care about you, or how well you have maintained the property There are better and more professional companies and professionals out there who will care for you.
