I recently had Dr White and his PA Aaron do a complete shoulder replacement for my left shoulder…read more Two years ago they did my right shoulder. I am really happy with the results and I can use my arm without that terrible pain. I would totally recommend Dr White and Aaron to anyone looking for an orthopedic doctor. Also, again I would like to say that the Physical Therapy Department, Janice and Brittany were amazing as they both were 2 years ago and Tiffany who was working with them at this time. Thank you!

I'm so very grateful for Dr Smith's care. I had a complicated surgery and I'm pleased with the…read moreresult. However, my procedure with Dr Smith was my fourth in 5 years on that hip. It's been a long road with other providers. A lot of pain and some time in a wheel chair. As a result, I am pretty fearful of continuing problems. I find the staff to be less than empathetic and at times rude. I always explain that I am afraid. I've returned and called with questions about pain and about limitations and have been met with resistance. I understand it's difficult to have patients who are fearful - but if you feel you should use shame to deal with it, you have missed your calling. There is never a reason for an existing patient to be embarrassed to seek help or ask a question of the doctor. Dr Smith's PA is especially disconnected. The conclusion is that if you need care, I would seek out a different provider. Kindness and empathy is not a priority or even a consideration here.
