I couldn't give less than one star or I would have . Took my daughter in for her first time to a bow shop . Excited to go in together dad and daughter day, the man couldn't have been any ruder. I expected to pay to get her bow set up , and was completely good with that. However the level of rudeness and snobbery peaked as I told him it was a Christmas present and wasn't bought there . I have shot in bow shops for years , and have never had an issue, like I said I was totally prepared to pay for set up, but we never made it to that after the attitude we left . There is a good bow shop in Benton he is accommodating, just used him to set up my crossbow, but we will be going there from now on!!!! read more

Stopped in after hours only to find the owners still there. They opened up to look at my issue with my crossbow. To my surprise, after having a new string and cable installed I had issues with several components that made my bow an accident waiting to happen. I received feedback the following Monday regarding Bowtech not finding my registration. But I had it in email and Winchester took it and are working a solution. Nice to have a dealer work with the customer to get parts under warranty. Great customer service and easy to support these kind of local businesses. read more
