The staff here are so knowledgeable & competent. I feel a lot less overwhelmed in dealing with the traffic mistakes I've made throughout my life when I know I have this firm holding my hand throughout the process. Okay I had an earlier review was told if can take this off due to a staff about to be fired so I took it off. The Atty Mike called me to try to rectify this but all I am getting now is more run around than ever as the one referred to me by Atty Mike gave me to Ace Law Group and now am finding out they don't handle homeowners' case only for renters which was never mentioned to me originally. At least he tried to get me someone but finding out after living here near Las Vegas, there is a lot of miscommunication. read more

If you have any question regarding Nguyen & Associates, I urge you to please read my story and review as it is quite heartbreaking. My 25 y/o daughter was unfortunately in an airline accident at the age of 13. Tragically, this incident changed my daughter as she suffered frontal lobe damage (decision making, memory loss, impulsivity) and a laundry list of other problems she will now face for the rest of her life. We were in an actual airline accident, the airplane dropped over the Barstow area and according to the FAA, it was the equivalent of 5 miles. Her seatbelt was not locked properly under he seat and hit her head so hard, it demolished the panel above us. Fast forward to this last year, she was involved in an MVA and was brought to the hospital. Unfortunately, her story changes because she basically does not remember the entire day. Many stories have been given to her friends, family, and while in the hospital, the officer had her sign the tickets and she was unable to give accurate information. She does what she is told to do without any hesitation especially by a police officer. People are not very kind to her as she is still at a very immature stage which unfortunately is progressing. I reached out to the firm because it appeared the lady was speeding and incoherent. One of the most dangerous intersections I believe is the corner of Torrey Pines/Windmill. The stop sign is not quite visible and although she said she did stop, she was found guilty and is now paying off thousands of dollars in fines. She admitted she didn't "look to her right", but this is also new information we have yet to hear until recently. My poor little girl who had the world ahead of her is now disabled. When I first spoke to Mike, he was so wonderful and so patient and did NOT hesitate to ask, in great detail all of the pertinent questions one should ask. In fact, he worked very hard on her case and still is. He spoke to my daughter with the UPMOST respect and was so kind and gentle with her, and he does not "skip a beat". He doesn't rush you thru a call nor does he ever interrupt. Additionally, Konni has spoken with both of us several times as well and has never placed us on hold, rushed through any conversation we have had the pleasure to have with her as well. Personally, I know I have the attorney I have been searching for. They go above and beyond, they take pride in what they do and are not just a fantastic firm, but are as genuine and kind as real people. Please take my daughters case into consideration if you are seeking any legal assistance. My daughter and I both can ASSURE you, you will not regret the phone call to this ENTIRE staff and firm. Ultimately the cost of doing business with this firm was too great for me. My case work was completely botched and now I need to hire another firm to represent me in a malpractice case against "Nguyen & Associates" these nut jobs. Telephone calls, emails, even registered letters to their office went unanswered during my case. Abominable service! Words can not describe how dissatisfied I was with Nguyen & Associates. He has cost me so much money and set my case back significantly due to his error and lack of competence. Phone calls are almost never returned, emails are not responded to unless it is about his inflated billing, then you hear back from him right away.
