Yhe shop is very narrow but very long too. Magazines are lined up and the left hand side taking over much of the entire wall, from floor to ceiling. These consist of magazines be it hair or gaming ones to fhm etc etc. They also have newspapers too as do all newsagents papershops. On the right hand sisde of the shop you find lots of sweets, these are usually bagged up and are great value for money. The shop also sells drinks to, these are also at a great price. Definately one not to miss. The till is at the back of the shop with friendly helpful staff, always seemingly happy. This is the only one in coventry unless the one in bell green, riley square still exsists which is a shame as this shop does a roaring trade due to their great prices.

Hamilton news is one of the newsagents affected by the redevelopment of that particular area,…read morealthough has come out really well from what could have been a bad ordeal. Hamilton news now occupies a large shop area. The shop is wheelchair/pushchair friendly as there is a ramp into the shop , the same one is used to get out too. Its location is prime for people getting on and off the busses and trinity has lots of bus stops along its length. Hamilton news is a good newsagents for many magazines. they have their shop slit down the middle. On the right are magazines the same on the left divide too. On the other side of the divide is sweets, and the counter has all the loose chocolate bars and sweets. if you are looking for a specific magazine then hamilton news will probably have it. They do sell some weird and wonderful ones, not quite on the level with borders who seem to get stuff from everywhere. Bt hamilton news has been known to stock magazines devoted to specific football clubs such as coventry, newcastle and west ham for instance. You can still get the regular playstation and nintendo magazines too along with your favourite newspapers too. The staff are also very friendly here and some have even worked there since the old one was open.

The papershop/newsagents is not the biggest, but sells much of the same as the others. It is the only papershop in the area, which is around catheral lanes and hertford street. They sell the usual sweets and chocolates. Nespapers and a small sleection of magazines. You wont find half of them here so you would need to go to whsmith for more specialist ones. Although they have a small selection of magazines it doesnt really do them much harm. They also have quite friendly staff too which is always a good thing in smaller shops like this one. As there are many larger shops to compete against. So a smile or chat does go a long way! They also sell ice cream , which as you can imagine sells in the hundreds in the summer. The shop also sells scale model cars too. One window is full of them. A great place to have a papershop at the top of the town where there are no others. 4 stars verdict on this great little shop.
