The two technicians arrived within the time frame promised and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. We gladly paid the weekend rate to get our water restored, but Miller warned us in advance of the rate and gave us the option of delaying until Monday. so, no surprises. All in all very responsive and got our water running quickly. I highly recommend this company - excellent service and very reliable.

More importantly, I told them when they arrived that the problem was the phase drive, and they pointlessly spent 1.5 hrs just to tell me that the phase drive was the problem! I diagnosed that in 10 minutes... I just wanted their price to replace. They then quoted me $3k to replace. I bought it for $1500 and replaced myself in 10 minutes.
