I was thinking of buying a new car that I could not afford when my buddy told me to have a good welder check it out. I had never thought about a welder and a sub frame. My friend says state law allows for welders to repair a sub frame. Again, who thinks of a welder, I didn't. Anyhow, I search for welders in Morgantown and found this B&B welding. Its like 720PM at night and I was expecting to leave a message. The owner answers and says, come by in 2 days. He said it will only take 10-15 mins to see if its repairable. 2 days later, I drive out near WV/PA line where his shop is located and he gets the car lifted up and starts asking why I needed him to check out the frame. He says there is nothing wrong with my rear sub frame except some cosmetic rust. This dude did me right and people like this are rare and I highly suggest that if you are in need of a welder, give him a holler. Thanks again!

Then FINALLY was told it was submitted for insurance auth one month after I saw the doctor. Today is July 9 and I called 2 days ago and authorize had not been received. I was told for second time whover in charge of getting authorizations would be told to call me. Never got either call. So today I called Dr. office and asked them to please resubmit the order to another DME company. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I hate this business. Every time I contact them for supplies I am subject to rudeness. I can never make it there unless I an off work, which rarely happens. The other day when I called my order in, I was advised by PXXXXXX that I needed to get on a cycle, it costs to mail the supplies. Here is an idea PXXXXXXX, charge me for shipping. Last time I was in the location, the two people working the front didn't realize I had walked in and were talking about another person and let several "F" bombs fly. I am looking for another provider.
