I contracted Prunty's to replace a whole house generator I had that went bad. Izak and Briar, (hope…read moreI spelled that right), did an awesome job. Very professional and knowledgeable. I believe they went above and beyond what the estimate said and the estimate was right on. They made sure I understood everything that was involved with the new generator and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Prunty's for any electrical work and I will be using them for any electrical work if I ever need any in the future.

Crossroads can be a mixed bag. We had a significant amount of water come into the house and a fair…read morebit of drywall needed replacing, the trim and a fix for the problem (result of a HORRIBLE contractor that finished the deck). The mitigation part went great. Aaron is the guy that was in charge of that and we are happy with that part. Fast forward to having to BEG to get someone out here to deal with putting things back together (the drywall and trim). And that is where things went to hell in a hand basket. They sent a guy named Mike. Who is apparently actually known for doing horrible work that others need to come back and fix. The drywall/mudding was done so poorly a ten year old could have done better. The window trim wasn't even nailed down properly and was so uneven it's was unreal. The painter we are having do the painting came and took a ton of his own pictures to show everyone he works with how awful the job was done. So I sent pictures to the office at crossroads who agreed that yes, the work was unacceptable. So they sent Bobby-with Mike-so he could force Mike to repair his shoddy work. Well redo the trim is more like it. Then they sent another guy-Wes and a different Mike-and they have been AMAZING. Excellent work that they are taking the time to do right. I still do NOT understand why they continue to give work to the idiot Mike. I'll update with his last name if/when I find out what it is. The Wes and different Mike team are phenomenal but man do I regret letting the Idiot Mike in the house. So I guess if you want to/need to call this company make damn certain you are not getting the idiot Mike to do the work.

I stopped into the shop and scheduled a service visit for my clothes dryer. I was given a date and…read morewindow of time to expect a call from one of their technicians. I received a call from Matt, who was polite and professional. I was able to explain the problem with the sensor dry feature and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Unfortunately the issue could not be fixed because of the age of the appliance, and Matt took a moment to show me his reference resource as proof. I was not charged for the service call, which I greatly appreciated. I have done business with Speedway Appliance a number of times in the past and will not hesitate to call on them again for my appliance service and repair.

Dirty. Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Unnecessary. Will never use again!…read more Everything went fine until the gentleman packed up to leave. (I believe this was the co-owner as the woman on the phone indicated her husband would be out to perform the carpet cleaning. She was nice and courteous on the phone.) The stained carpet he came to clean was presumably clean BUT the entrance carpet and tile where he came in to access the stained carpet was now DIRTY from his filthy wet shoes (no booties covering his sneakers or anything). The carpet had visible grass in it and the tile had debris. I politely inquired, "are you going to clean up where you were walking with your shoes there?" And he politely replied, "Oh, I can, yeah" and unloaded the vacuum again. He vacuumed, packed up again, and said, "that should do it." I asked, "well, what about the tile in there?" He replied "ok" and walked back to the van and got a rag. He starts to walk in with the rag--and given the poor service I received thus far--I thought he was going to walk through the carpet I just requested to be vacuumed, so I said "well, if you're going to..." and he interjects with a sarcastic tone, "YEAH, I'm taking my shoes off." So he slops the rag around on the tile and again with attitude says, "there you gooooo!" I ask, "do you guys not normally wear booties?" REEVES: Not normally, noooo, we don't. ME: I don't appreciate the attitude. REEVES: What do you mean attitude?" ME: You're getting an attitude with me like you don't expect to clean that. REEVES: I don't have an attitude with you! I CAN GET ONE!!!, 'CAUSE NOW I'M LATE FOR MY NEXT JOB! I don't understand. I cleaned it up. It's fine. ME: Ok, well you are getting an attitude about it and I had to ask for it. I mean, you're in here to clean the carpet but then you dirty up where you walk in. REEVES: I didn't see any dirty that I left! ME: Ok, well I did. REEVES: Ok that's fine. Have a nice day. Buyer beware...
