Always new tools coming in and often my visit ends in finding something too good to pass up. The inside of the store is absolutely stacked and lined with firearms and accessories, fun stuff to look at, wood paneled walls, hilarious signs and wall art. It's a homey, cabin like place that and feels like a breath of fresh air compared to the corporate, fluorescent-lit, sterile environments of larger retailers you find in the city. Im sure if I were a fisherman, I'd find even more here that would keep me coming back but, my focus was on all the tools they have for sale. I signed up for yelp just to make this review! Typically I do not engage in comments or reviews but I wanted to give this place a shout in hopes more people support their business. The gentleman here seem knowledgeable and experienced - I would say to anyone who is uncomfortable with guns, new to guns, or just disliked the experience of the larger stores full of corporate employees who don't know and don't care: make the trip out here.

I would give this store zero stars! The manager, marina/maria, not to sure exactly what her name…read morewas, got a quick glimpse of her name tag. She treated me and my husband with the worst customer service ever. Came in looking for a few items, she did not greet us and she was the only employee who saw us come inside (not a big deal). We were walking around and I heard her yelling at an employee that clearly had just started. I mean screaming at him the whole store could hear. Im not entirely sure what it was about but as a manager she should have taken him in the back/office and spoke to him about it. He was at the register and when we came up to the register he greeted us with a smile and was so pleasant. He took off the hangers on a few clothing items we got, during this time the manager was staring at him and hovering over his shoulder. Made me and my husband extremely uncomfortable, I could not imagine being the young man! He was doing great and didn't mess up once. As he was taking off the security things, she pushed him out of the way and started doing it herself and I mean shoved him! He did not do a single thing wrong! My husband and I were so appalled by this. I could just see in the young mans face, he was so embarrassed. Once she took off the security tags, she rung us up, did not smile, rudely said what our total was. Threw our things we just bought in a bag, tossed it on the counter and said "here!". I could not believe what had just happened. I spoke to a few other friends/family that have shopped there and they have had similar experiences with this marina/maria manager lady being rude to them and rushing them out of the store! If I was her boss, I would find a replacement for her. I will NOT be shopping there until she is gone and neither will friends and family of mine.
