Noticed oil spots in my driveway, called Ward and made an appointment. I received a call telling me…read moremy engine caskets were leaking and quote was over $2,000 to fix. I had extended warranty but they only covered a portion due to the hours Ward quoted to repair. I still payed over $700. A month pasted and still continued to see spots in my driveway. I contacted Ward and was told it was residue from the leak and it will stop, they said they couldn't clean all of it. Another 2 weeks of spots so I took my vehicle to another repair station and was told the caskets were leaking. I contacted Ward and was told that they would look at it again. Ward informed me that the caskets they replaced were faulty and would repair at not charge. Ward was unable to repair for 2 weeks due to their mechanic had got into an accident. Finally after 2 weeks they made the repairs. Another 2 weeks and continued seeing spots, Ward took another look after my oil warning light came on and told me that the oil filter housing was leaking but because of my attitude towards the staff they refused to fix it. After. 3 months they refused to make the repairs. I took it to another local repair shop and they replaced the "O" ring at no charge. Do yourself a favor, stay away. These folks go to seminars on how to create more revenue by adding and extending repairs.
