Rundown Corpus Christi skyscraper. This place looks like it's ollld. It was built in 1927. This 17 story skyscraper has a 4 story penthouse and was built on top of a bluff overlooking the Corpus Christi Bay. Parking is challenging- I had to park on the street with metered parking. The lobby is nice- a bunch of stone on the walls, There's a 'doorman' at the entrance that just kinda stands there. The elevators were kinda rickety and took forever. The bathrooms are all locked, you gotta get a key from a tenant. The mail slot was busted, and sealed up. Not my favorite building to visit. It needs some capital improvements. read more
