I've had Botox and filler before, but wanted to try a different approach, and Mrs Gray really took the time to listen to what I wanted and explain what would work best for my face without overdoing it. From start to finish, the experience was great. Communication was smooth, the office was beautiful and calming, and everyone was warm and welcoming. I ended up getting the PDO threads along with Botox and filler in a few areas, and I'm very happy with my results. The discomfort was minimal for me, and I will definitely be back. I was so excited I forgot to get pictures.

I can't say enough good things about Gray Aesthetics!…read more My first time was for a post op IV drip. I messaged with Reena beforehand and she helped me pick the Gray's Mantra drip to help with inflammation and fatigue. I didn't swell too bad and recovered pain free. I think their drip was a game changer. Since then I've gone back for Dysport and lip filler. It was my first time for both. Reena took my desired approach and was conservative. I could always go back for more if needed, but I didn't want to be overdone. She delivered perfectly! It only took 1/2 syringe of lip filler for the lips of my dreams, Cupid's bow and vermilion line enhancement. Glad she numbed me good, it wasn't pleasant at first. The Dysport was a breeze tho. No numbing needed and I was good. Having a nurse practitioner do my injections really put me at ease, so glad to have found Reena and Gray Aesthetics.

I did not look this way at all prior to my first visit. I went into the office to show her, and she seemed to think it was fine, and said I just needed more filler. She botched my face. I looked like I had rocks in my face, with a huge hole in my cheek. I subsequently went to another plastic surgeon that couldn't believe what she did to my face. It took 3 visits by another surgeon to reverse what she did. DO NOT USE Dr. Kontis!!!

The brachioplasty scar is in the back so everyone behind you can see it and one of my arms is misshaped. The first time I was extremely unhappy with the scar placement in the back. He said he could fix it with a revision (I had to pay again) and move the scar inwards and now the scars are still in the back bigger than before and my right arm is misshaped. After paying that much and you are stopped and asked "what happened to you?" when I wear a short sleeve shirt ... it is very depressing. Absolutely recommend him for the body but not arms.

So I called today and the desk rep said the manager was busy with a client but I could hear her whispering in the background. I was told the 3 session package is not available and she would call me back when she is finished. Oddly she called me right back in a minute flat so she wasn't busy. Tried to ask when I came in and when did I buy it. Beating around the bush like I've seen other vendors on here do when the deal costs them MONEY$$$. I told her she's not allowing me to use the 3 session not that its not available. Because the same voucher is online right now and able to be purchased. I have submitted a screenshot down below. She made it seem like it was a mistake citing she's got to call Groupon which is another excuse past vendors have used when the Groupon is going to cost them TOO MUCH MONEY$$$. I then told her im going to go ahead and "YELP THEM" and well here I am . Also let me add they sounded snooty and condescending in nature like Groupon inquiries are beneath. STAY AWAY
