They gave me a receipt that looks like a gas receipt with nothing itemized. They had a woman who was Russian, which isn't a problem, but she wasn't understanding what I was trying to say and explain .Then an additional woman at the front desk was talking down to me in a belittling voice because she couldn't understand the importance of a HIPAA form and try to have me sign a dental release records form specifically for other dentist when the whole reason of me coming back in was trying to have the policy holder have access to my records. Honestly, this is one of the worst dentist I've ever been to especially the front desk.

She made me feel comfortable and did everything she could to make my cleaning as painless as possible, which she included using a numbing cream on my gums, which helped a lot. She's very knowledgeable, asked questions, and recommended different things to try to keep my gums in good health. Her office staff is extremely nice too. I spoke to Natasha on the phone and then met her today. She's very sweet. The young woman who did my x-rays was great too--nice and friendly and was fast so I didn't have to sit long with the plastic things in my mouth. This all made such a difference in my dental experience, which I always dread. The office is cheerful and decorated for the holidays. The parking was right next to the office in a private lot.
