I've never had to wait long for a fix in my home and you can tell the team works really hard to take care of the property. Despite several changes in the last few years, they continue to provide amazing customer service and I feel very respected and valued as a tenant here and intend to stay here for many more years! The restaurants on-site are a huge plus and they often have food trucks that visit so it keeps things new and interesting. P.s. the picture is from February of last year, the pool is heated and open all year!

The Eddyline staff are great, special shout out to Emily, Nick and Hunter in the office, they keep this place running smoothly with plenty of events and work done on the property. On the maintenance side, the guys are great. Really appreciate Joseph, Diego and Kelby working their asses off every day to keep it shining. I plan on living here for many years and am really glad I chose to live here. Plus, they have AC which weirdly enough Oregon properties just do not have (I've rented for over 10 years and this is the first place with an AC). Would highly recommend living here!

Upon examination of the documents the manager sent, it was clear the fees and vendors were not credible which prompted the investigation that led to all 3 credit bureaus ultimately removing their bogus claim from my credit reports. So, to anyone who was sent to collections by this company for unsubstantiated charges, it is completely possible to have them removed from your credit. Update: since the "owner" replied I have to add that they never provided any evidence of alleged damages and I personally checked on business licenses of the so called vendors who provided "estimates" since the phone numbers I found didn't work. There was no license on file with the Oregon Secretary of State for at least one of them. Since all 3 credit bureaus took my side, the facts speak for themselves. I doubt she even actually checked any records as claimed.

Literally up in the clouds; it's like a thick fog in a 20 mph wind. The open space in the living room is wonderful. (Play your guitar or piano in there... unbelievable.) The woman who posted such negative comments, is in fact, a very negative idividual herself. Management had put up that paper on the windows to protect the residents personal information from being seen while they were doing yearly reviews, required by their lease to live there. A letter was put up on the window stating that the paper was temporary until window coverings arrived. (Which they were put up a few days later.) In regards to the meeting with the manager, I was there myself, and there was absolutely nothing inappropriate discussed during that meeting--there was no reference to the "size" of anything. It was focused on what led the manager to where she was currently, her experience in the business, and why she loves what she does. This person who posted such comments actually physically assaulted the man she claims to be the community monitor. He had asked one of her visitors to not park in the parking lot and when she saw him talking to her visitor, she became enraged and it eventually led to her shoving this man. While all new places have a period of adjustment, I feel that people forget what the most important things are. This building is full of some amazing individuals who are all adjusting to a new way of life. Unfortunately, it has a handful of entitled, self-righteous, bitter individuals (many who claim to be upstanding Christians on top of it), who feel it is their life goal to make everyone else as miserable as they are. The saddest part is that it is those few unhappy people who are often the loudest, while the remainder of people are too busy living their lives to concern themselves with the petty habits of those left over. Just remember, there are two sides to every story.

I called yesterday to schedule a tour around the property…read more The lady who answered sounded like she didn't want to help me out. I spelled my name for her "Kimberlynn" and she didn't get it correct so I said "it's spelled the normal way for Kimberly with two N's at the end" and she snapped saying that Kimberly with an E (Kimberley) is the only way she knows how to spell it. Lol I'm pretty sure Kimberly is more common than Kimberley, but no need to snap about it. I say that to everyone who can't spell my name and no one has ever responded like this. I then asked her which direction the unit available is facing and she said she doesn't know but it's facing boones ferry rd.... Aren't leasing agents supposed to know which way the unit is facing? I've looked at over 10 complexes this week and Sofi was the only one that couldn't tell me. I'm not from here and don't even know where boones ferry is. I had to open my map and zoom all the way in to get an idea. After a while of me trying to figure it out myself she then told me it's facing south, but it's actually facing east which is a really big difference in amount of sunlight that hits the unit. I drove to the unit and used a compass app. She told me she would send more information the next day via email because she was already off of work. I never received that email. I drove around the complex and only seen one visitor parking. Parking is also VERY scarce. She even told me that over the phone, but in person it's a lot worse. I don't see enough parking to cover 2 people per household, so if you're a couple, family, or have visitors over good luck. I won't be applying here due to the unwillingness to be helpful from the front desk and the parking situation. Sounds like issues in the future if I were to move here.

Once you become a tenant, they are your singular point of contact, and ultimately shape how you feel about the place you call home. No matter where I have lived, I have respected and appreciated Maintenance, but I have to say the Maintenance here is exceptional. Jason seems to know the issues he encounters as if he has encountered them a thousand times before, has the most pleasant of personalities, and most of all, he is conscientious. He seems to legitimately want to do the best job he can both for the owners and tenants alike and he accomplishes that goal. We recently had a lengthy ice/snowstorm, and while everywhere I have rented has distributed salt/de-icer, I watched Jason meticulously make sure the salt made it up every step to every single door. A task that certainly took significant time and energy, but no doubt saved us all. I have also had him in my home on several occasions to rectify some failures from the previous owner that were done precisely and to the highest standard. Something I truly appreciate. I also honestly enjoy his presence in my home, something that I can rarely say I have thought of with other Maintenance. I do hope Jason is appreciated because he is truly a gem.

Unfortunately, it's been…read morenearly two years now since they closed it for repairs, and I've never seen anyone working on it. In January they told me it might be ready by spring, but it's now September and looks exactly the same. I think they just wanted me to stop talking and leave. I assume if I ask again this year they'll just kick the can a bit further down the road and hope I move away so the my replacements don't expect the pool should be functional. I've never heard of a pool taking 2 years to get fixed. I think you could build a few new pools in that time. There's a bunch of paper on the windows so you can't look in to see the lack of progress. The paper was falling down so we actually could see, but after 6 or 8 months they finally went in there and put up some new paper so we can't see. Similarly, the staircase on the back of the property that goes down to the river walk, the one right in front of the maintenance storage or whatever...I think it was about a year before they fixed it. Literally. Wooden stairs. I am not particularly handy, yet am confident I could have knocked that out in a weekend or paid a couple guys to do it in an afternoon. But they waited a year with caution tape up on it, looking like a crime scene. What a strange choice to paper up your magnificent indoor pool room and put caution tape over the stairs to a park. It's a very trashy look and they're perfectly fine with that. There's also a clubhouse at the front of the property that no one has been able to use for 5+ years. They closed it for covid and started using it as a storage unit for appliances. I guess management is okay with having a big vacant clubhouse front and center on the property, cobwebs building up in the long-since-drained hot tub. Windows all over the building so you can look in and see the broken refrigerators and washing machines. Local kids have started saying a witch lives there, lol. This summer has been really good with the outdoor pool, but one summer the outdoor pool was closed for a whole month out of the summer. 100 degree days, and absolutely no sense of urgency to get it working. I felt so bad for the kids who live here that summer, what a rip off. As others have said, the trash gets to the point of overflowing every week. The last maintenance request I placed took over 2 weeks before they called me back, but the maintenance guys seem nice so there's that. I really love the property itself and the location, it's such a shame that management is so complacent in mediocrity. I feel bad complaining to the front desk because they just work here and clearly are not empowered to make any changes. Hoping this gets someone's attention who might actually care about having the property live up to its potential. Please fix the indoor pool.

Part I: On Google…read moreMaps reviews, I had posted a promise that I would write a review of this apartment complex where I had lived from 2018-2023 -- kind of as a warning in case someone was considering it as a place to live. It's been over two years since I've moved out and still I am recovering, but I wanted to at least get a head start on this little essay and will come back and expand upon it as I feel up to it. So just consider this a placeholder for future remarks -- of which I have quite a few! To begin, how about a picture of what was directly outside my apartment window when it rained? Also, a shot of the dumpster area. It should never have been allowed to get like that. (Management always seemed to have excuses). I've seen rats nearby. They eventually put out rodent boxes here and there to catch them, I guess. I have many more photos and videos to share. I have lots more to say about this place too. As I get more energy, I will complete this review and be done with it and maybe feel a little lighter having done my part to give an honest accounting of my experience living at this GIGANTIC complex owned by disinterested (except in profit) investors from California (last I knew). Anyway, I hope it will give an idea of what it was like to live there, at least for me and I think for plenty of others, too. Maybe things have gotten better, but I seriously doubt it. You can always take the chance that your time there might be different, but moving in and then moving out takes a toll on one's finances and mind and body. It's not easy, so carefully researching where you want to live next is a very good thing to do. Part II to come!
