She has a very calming presence, while also being a strong force of strength and mama wisdom that helped hold me throughout my time with her and especially during my challenging moments of labor. She is amaaaazing at easing discomforts with counterpressure and other techniques and intuitively knew just what I needed throughout my labor and birth. Unwavering, loving support. I kept saying I don't know what I would do without you! She was like a miracle angel. I am grateful for all of her thoughtfulness of helping to ensure I would have the birth I desired through conversations and planning while I was pregnant. She brought me soup and a care package while I was sick around 35 weeks, and then again a delicious postpartum meal after birth. (Her food is amazing btw), and she regularly checked up on me throughout pregnancy and after birth. Always there to reassure me with any doubts or fears I had. She captured so many beautiful photos, filmed our labor and birth, and put it together in a lovely video which we will cherish forever. We will recommend this special lady to everyone to be their birth doula. We are so grateful Amber, thank you!!

Then I decided to look to an alternative and decided to reach out to find a personal one-on-one yoga instructor. I found Sarah on Yelp. Called her and she said she'd give me a one-time appointment to see if she thought she could help me. Fast forward 12 weeks and I'm doing better than ever. She taught me yoga tailored to my messed up old bod. I loved that she tailored it to me specifically to help me learn moves that I can do that will help me progress and start to eliminate the pain. It has been a great experience. Her studio is in her home. She is awesome. She stays busy. She does one on one yoga instruction. She also does life coaching. Additionally, she trains yoga instructors. My life is better because of her. Her individual instruction is worth every penny. Go with confidence -- (if you can score a spot).

My neighbor told us about Ashlee, and said that she was about to get a cortisone shot on her knee,…read morebut went to get a massage from Ashlee first. She said she was amazing, and gave her such an incredible massage that her knee does't hurt anymore. My husband booked an appointment with her and came home raving about how great she is as well. He said she worked out all of his sore spots in his muscles and he felt incredible afterwards. He said it was the best massage he's ever had. So naturally, I booked an appointment to see what all the hype was about. Her studio space is cozy in a newly built office space that has other rented rooms with mostly hair dressers. It managed to stay pretty quiet as Ashlee worked her magic. I love that she really takes note of what issues you are having and addresses them nicely. The hot rocks are incredibly relaxing. She has such a calm, soothing voice too. The 90 minutes went by way too fast and I found the massage over with all too soon. My husband and I are definitely booking with her again, and have found our new massage therapist!

She paid attention to my breathing and used that to enhance my massage. She knew exactly what to say to put me at ease and help me relax. When I couldn't relax my arm (it was really tight due to an injury), and I was having trouble letting go and relaxing, Ashlee handled it perfectly. Ashlee gave a REALLY great and relaxing massage. It's one of the best of my life! She is really good at what she does, and I'll definitely be back!! On a side note, the soundtrack she played in the background was wonderful. Very relaxing, I absolutely loved it. I wouldn't hesitate to give Ashlee a shot!!

Quite honestly, never having a reading done before I wasn't sure what to expect. What I feel I received was relevant insight into things I have tangled up in my life right now.
