I don't feel she is a business person at all. Yeah she rents stuff but we ordered stuff and at the last minute she would tell us we didn't order this or that. We would show her an invoice and she would automatically say oh there is a new invoice that reflect the new cost. She promises stuff she has no idea how to do it nor does she actually own the items she claims she has to rent to you. We caught her in numerous lies. We were just happy to see her go and will most definitely not recommend her and her family to anyone. Also Lisa there is no need to write a rebuttal because we all know it will be filled with lies The only reason you got one star is because you can't leave a review without one otherwise it would of been none. She is a real piece of work the wedding was six months ago and I was clear that no rebuttal would be necessary. Wedding day comes and she was horrible. Attitude and all. Didn't want to do anything hardly. Bare minimum. I would understand if there was an extra cost or something... let me know. Instead was horrible to all and wasn't doing anything. My family and my whole wedding party had to basically take over. Do your self a favor.... Use a different company. She obviously isn't as motivated with her business like she used to be.

We paid them in full exceeding $500 and my mother even spoke with Anna the day before the wedding to make sure everything was ready. She totally forgot about my wedding on the day of, just did not show up. Hours after they were supposed to arrive, we finally got ahold of her. Multiple people were calling and texting. We were given really immature excuses, like, "my Google calendar didn't tell me about your wedding for some reason." She finally found somebody to come out and got everything installed literally as the wedding started. The flowers were all tangled since it was thrown up so quickly. After the wedding, they were supposed to come tear everything down. Our venue had a deadline for us to be out. My parents had to stand around waiting and waiting for someone to show up. More tracking down Anna. They decided they would just come back in the morning and did not mention that to any of us. The next day, I reached out to Anna to talk about the incident. I had to explain how unacceptable this was to even get an apology. I spent my getting ready time on my wedding day tracking down Dancenhance who literally took our money and forgot the wedding. Weddings are so expensive and stressful, this lack of professionalism was appalling.

We had many hiccups along the way with the venue and planning a wedding from so far away. Mark handled everything with ease and skill, all while keeping me calm. He went above and beyond to make sure our reception was breathtaking, and that the food was delicious. All of the food was so good. The chicken was cooked and seasoned so well, and his grandmothers mashed potatoes were to die for. Many people went back for seconds because everything was that good. The grooms cake Mark made was delicious. It was moist and flavorful. He was accommodating as I changed the filling I wanted several times. The cake was my favorite part of the reception. The flowers were stunning and filled the whole reception hall. Mark purchased and did all of the flower arrangements for the evening. He was able to get all of the types of flowers that were in my wedding bouquet for the arrangements in the reception. The evening was magical and we couldn't have asked for a better person to help make our day so special
