The Willow Beach National Fish Hatchery is part of the National Wildlife Refuges (according to blue book). You can get your Stamp at the Visitor Office, speak to a Ranger. It is a self-guided tour of an active Fish Hatchery (unless you arrange a tour). There are some info boards throughout (could be more). There is a small parking area for just the Hatchery visitors which is convenient. They also have restrooms available that are clean & stocked.
