This place had availability for me to bring my kids in to be seen with little wait time. I seen Dr Aruna today and the staff on duty today was so nice and friendly. The nurse working today was so nice and good with kids and gave me a lot of at home information. I would highly recommend this facility.

They are overbooked and mentally overworked... each patient is given a 10-minute slot in which you get less than 5 minutes. Allison Hebert missed a deadly genetic disorder that my daughter has. She didn't hear my concerns... in her medical chart she says that she checked her reflexes (NEVER CHECKED THEM) and they were normal.. yet five days later another pediatrician could not find any reflexes on my baby. I had to request specific referrals - one was never received. I requested lab work - denied. Said the specialist (who couldn't see us for another 4 months) would order labs if necessary. If you bring your baby here, MAKE SURE they are checking infant reflexes and deep tendon reflexes at every "wellness visit." I say again "Please do not bring your infant/baby/toddler here." A few months later when the office called about "shots" I said my children were no longer patients there but I would like a return call from Dr. Sangisetty. To this day, I have never heard from her or Allison about my daughter who could have died if I had not known that something was truly wrong.

I am so grateful that we chose Dr. Z and his team. From the first time I phoned, the staff has been incredibly kind and accommodating. When we first walked through the doors we were greeted with a great big smile and an empathetic nod. We waited for only a minute or two when we were brought to the chair (they welcome me to sit in with him and always have a chair ready in the room). After a LOT of xrays (during which, I had to wait in the hall, where I got to admire the many accolades awarded to Dr. Z) and a consult, we learned that hubby was in need of several crowns. Dr. Zeringue explained the plan and the timeline expected. Dr. Z has been patient and taking the time to adjust hubby's temporary crowns slowly over time as his traumatized jaw continues to heal to ensure his bite corrects before ordering the permanent crowns. Hubby's injuries have given us a few surprise concerns, but Dr. Z has been able to put them all to rest. While the process has been lengthy, getting the job done right is much appreciated. Despite his many years of experience, Dr. Zeringue values education and growth. He said to me, "The day I stop learning is the day I end my practice." Because of this, I am confident that the equipment, skills, and materials Dr. Z uses are the best. Dr. Z educates us as often as he can, from discussing the material and manufacturer of the crowns, to the oral care products to use (and avoid), and why some people have horror stories and what he does (and doesn't do) to ensure we will have no horror stories of our own. This enthusiasm also means that Dr. Z offers a large menu of sought-after dental services at fair prices. We are about half-way through the process and have a long way to go, but I am blessed to have found Bayou Dental Care to get it done with care and love.

I also had work done on a tooth with decay and the decay has gotten significantly worse since it was 'fixed'. I complained about the tooth pain from the root canal when I went in for the work on the decayed tooth and was told nothing was wrong and made to feel as though I was faking it. Tell that to my two hospital bills

Because he cares so much and is invested in my wellbeing, my husband and I completely trust his recommendations. We never once considered MD Anderson for treatment. I've had 3 separate cancers over a period of 36 years. I've been treated at Lady Bird Perkins in Houma, Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge, and Thibodaux Regional Cancer Center in Thibodaux. I've received great treatment at all 3 places, but none beats Thibodaux! Even the staff is compassionate and helpful. They treat me like royalty (LOL). They deserve and get my highest rating... The staff was great, but the doctor gave my husband NO hope, and any attempt my husband had to fight his cancer was met with negativity or nonchalance. Once my husband would talk about a treatment and I saw the doctor actually shrug his shoulders. The only reason I am bringing it up now after all this time is that if someone is going through this terrible disease, PLEASE find a doctor who gives you hope!
